“Placed a delivery order with Papa John directly on 10/2. Shortly after the order was placed, was notified it was on the way via Door Dash. There was no way the order was ready that quickly. Dasher shows up and said that she verified this was my order and "they" confirmed it was mine, they must have put the wings orders in one box. She handed it to me and left. I looked at the label on the boxes and it was NOT my order at all. Wrong address, name, phone number! I managed to get a message to the Door Dash girl (again, I did not place my order through DD) to let her know and then called the store. The manager said I have your order in my hand and I only have one driver, as soon as he gets back, I'll send it to you. Could be 10 minutes, could be 30 minutes. Additionally, I reminded her to make sure the extras I ordered and paid for were delivered as well. Hopefully the other guy got his piping hot order! Mine was cold and wasted. An HOUR later, cold cheesebread, lukewarm wings, no extra sauce we're delivered. The driver says, "I heard you got the wrong order, here." To which I replied it is all cold and useless now. Called the store AGAIN and the manager answered. Told her it was cold and I am done with them.“

“Always liked this place. But was incredibly pleased here recently. For my sons birthday we placed an order for 17 pizzas through LC. When I get there to pick it up, the gentlemen at the counter had it ready and handed me the order, without any negativity, which I was honestly expecting to receive for ordering so much. But he was happy to help. I wish I could remember his name. Everyone enjoyed it. Thanks Little Caesars.“

“Like to stop here from time to time . Always good pizza . My only complaint is no shaker cheese ! The waiter said they got stolen and replacements must come from corporate . It’s been over 6 months and still no shakers . Checked Amazon they have plenty and could be here in a few days . Come on people either replace them or tell the truth we don’t want to provide shakers anymore.“
