“This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Got some work done there today and the female staff member took extra time preparing my sandwich so the cheese was spread out more - how thoughtful! And one of the other staff members offered me a free oleato shaken espresso since he was training. Will definitely be back when i'm visiting my in-laws in the area.“

“Driving from Hartford City to this at 1am as a 3rd shifter. Always fresh and the line to wait on well worth it for the best McD's within 2 hours of home. All flagship burgers/food have always been put together as expected and taste fresh. The line happens only 1 or 2 employee's working hope they are being paid well because they are doing everything right coming out the drive thru window. I will update if I ever get disappointed but so far 4 visits and still impressed! -BK“

“Every donut in this box was delish! Plenty of inviting seating areas to meet a friend, read a book or sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee. Steady stream of people coming in but they have enough friendly staff to accommodate everyone without rushing them or holding up the line. Take note of the limited hours and days they are closed. The lemon-filled donut was fantastic ? They have an array of items for sale from local businesses; a bee farm, an apothecary, jewelry etc.“

“My mother, wife, and I had lunch Wednesday the 30th of Oct. and had a very nice time. My mother has been here three or four times and my wife and I two. The seating was very nice, the dining area was spotless, and the service was spectacular. Our waitress, Beth, was so very nice and cheerful. She gave us plenty of time to decide and asked if we might like to all share a cinnamon roll while we read through the menu. She came back with the cinnamon roll and it was so delicious! After a few minutes Beth popped back to our table and asked how we liked our roll. She then asked if we had made our choices from the menus. We had a few questions and Beth answered, gave a few suggestions and we ordered. Our food came quite quickly. I think a manager brought our food, as it seemed that there were a few other tables all being served at the same time. We all started having our lunch. Beth popped back in to be sure that our orders were all correct and that we were very pleased. We finished most of our meal and Beth asked if we would like anything else. Being that we were stuffed, we asked for a few boxes to take our left overs. She came back with boxes and a bag, asked if we would like carry out coffee or soda drinks. We declined and I asked for our check. The check was on par for many places and I felt an exceptional value for the quality and quantity of food. It was not just filling, but delicious and left me feeling happy and ready for an afternoon nap. All and all, we had a pleasant dining experience and I felt very happy that I was able to enjoy the time with my wife and mother in such a nice place. I feel that the atmosphere, taste of food, and especially our waitress Beth, made for a great day that the three of us will remember. It’s possible to create nice atmosphere, cook delicious foods, and employ a high caliber of employee, but having all three at the same time is what makes a great restaurant. The Toast has all three. “I hope this reaches the sweet lady who did my mobile order! I was waiting for my order when a male Karen, I’ll call him Keith, was upset about the sign that said “Back in 15!” and asked how long I’d been waiting and I guess he didn’t like my reply of “just a few minutes, I have a mobile order”. He huffed, and puffed and did what Karens do, but I just resumed my music and waited.When the worker returned, it was obvious they were just beginning their shift as they quickly put on their apron. I waited in the mobile order section, and he said something rudely to me and that’s when I told him that I’m not his problem and he shouldn’t take that tone with me. I’m kinda sad because now I realize I think the barista thinks I was upset at her and that’s not the case. The barista made a really amazing iced shaken espresso“

“I work for Door Dash and I have got to say the system is not that great for Dashers to pick up their orders. Not to mention the same girl working the window walked past me 6 times when the drive-thru was empty and not one time asked me if I had been helped. All while one other girl was running around like crazy trying to pull it all together. The food and Drinks are excellent. But need to work on the Customer Service BIG TIME!!“
