We stopped in for a parfait and coffee, and both were excellent. The parfait was fresh, well balanced, and clearly made with quality ingredients, while the coffee was smooth and well prepared — exactly what you want from a place that takes its offerings seriously. Nothing felt rushed or mass-produced, and the quality really showed.

The atmosphere leans upscale for a café, with a clean, stylish interior that feels intentional rather than overly cozy or cluttered. It’s a great place to sit for a bit and enjoy what you ordered without feeling cramped or chaotic. Service was somewhat distracted, but still efficient and effective. Even though the staff seemed busy, everything was handled correctly and professionally, and we never felt ignored or forgotten.

Pricing felt fair for the quality of the food, drinks, and setting. This isn’t a bargain-basement café, but it delivers enough value that the cost makes sense. Street parking is available nearby, which is typical for a downtown location and wasn’t a problem during our visit.

“I have been here before but just now writing a review. This is the first time George has helped me at Energy Well and he was amazing! This place is great, it has so many smoothie flavors to choose from and definitely helps with the sweet tooth I have while also helping me stay on track with my fitness journey. I also just tried their protein balls and they are really good, definitely recommend.“

“Service was excellent. Quick and on time. Food was mostly good. Had breakfast and the only complaint I have is the hash brown potatoes were severely under cooked. Barley browned on one side and the rest was like mashed potatoes.
My whole wheat toast was forgotten about but was brought to the table within 5 minutes.
Was mostly good and will definitely try it again.“
