“You can't see the inside of these waffles but the are spinach and cheddar cheese with a lightly breaded slightly spicy chicken breast cutlet between them. The syrup is smokey with chili flakes. Top it off with a charred piece of smoked sausage! Oh boy was it good. Definitely going back to try more items on the menu.

“Was in town for work and wanted a healthy dessert. These protein smoothies are probably the best I've ever had. The owner is very knowledgeable at his craft and happy to talk and share his story. Can't wait to come back to Goshen and go to The Energy Well. Come check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed!! 10/10 would highly recommend!“

“We absolutely love Dutch Maid!! In fact, my husband and I have made it our favorite place to go for our weekly brunch date. We enjoy trying out their new selections of treats, and being amazed by their fun and fantastically decorated sugar cookies that change every few weeks, though we have our standing favorites, too. Plus, many people might not know that they have delicious food, too! Definitely check out their menu. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly, which is part of why we keep going back. The inside atmosphere is very relaxing and cute as well, so we like dining in, but of course you can get your goodies to go, too. We tell people all the time how much we like going to Dutch Maid. Overall, would highly recommend!!
