Update after owner’s response: Actually at the price point and the offers provided by Domino’s, the pizza isn’t anything to complain about. The staff is mostly very responsive and it is one of livery few places near college mall that stay open that late so kudos for that. You will get exactly what you expect from Domino’s pizza here (in a good way).“

“Just want to give a shout out to PizzaX West. We were celebrating a sweet young friend’s birthday last night with some pizza. I ordered and the pizza was to arrive 7:35-7:55. Normally, pizzaX minutes mean you’ll have your pizza no later than 7:36. We joke about how you need to actually be really hungry when you order there because of how fast your pizza is going to get to you.Well, a driver had a problem with their car, and we didn’t get our pizza until 8:30. I got a phone call explaining the situation, a $5 off coupon, and free pizza driven out by the manager to compensate for our wait.It’s literally the only time my pizza has ever been late. Ever. We always order from there and about once a week. As a neurodivergent household we like consistency, and as a Momma, I like that pizza x uses fresh locally sourced ingredients. The manager said as she was leaving “please call the store if you need anything else.” I was wildly impressed with how professional and thoughtful the staff were on the three separate occasions I spoke with someone. “Out of all the pizza x locations, this is my absolute favorite. I love going here. The staff is awesome. I'm not sure how it happened but now when I go in late at night, they know me by name. “I had the most amazing experience with this location. I had previously talked to another location about providing a lot of pizzas for my son's birthday. Unfortunately, the day of his party was the day of a big IU game and they could not accommodate.

I called in a panic to the south side store and their manager completely took care of me. He was so kind, and so sweet, and made sure it was all taken care of. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! It was a great experience all around and the kiddos were thrilled.

“Delicious, hot and fresh pizza every time. Their regular pizza tastes like what Papa John's used to be, and probably even a bit better than that, because Papa John's was never all that good, that's the childhood nostalgia talking.

If you're feeling bold, their monthly specialty pizzas that will make you wonder what on earth they were thinking when they came up with that, and then they still manage to make those delicious too. “Pizza X is arguably my favorite pizza joint in town. They have a lot of different toppings as well as different sauces to choose from. My favorite thing to do is create my own pizza, usually with a pesto sauce, chicken, Roma tomatoes, banana peppers, pineapple, spinach, and bacon. Because I can make any weird combination I like, haha. Most recently I had the nacho man Randy sausage featured pizza of the month and it was really good, and even aesthetically pleasing. They load toppings well, and never disappoint. Their nacho cheese is my absolute favorite to get from any pizza place. I’m not sure if it’ll let me upload the picture I have, but if it does you’ll see it.“

“This has always been a favorite of mine since being a child. Went in yesterday and had a large deep dish with pepperoni. It hit the spot. Pizza was great, and the breadsticks are the best in the area. The mild cheese dip and the garlic butter are my go to's for dipping. The staff were great.
