“I’ve been up here on business for a short period of time and was recommended this place from a sheriff that came to our shop. I’m from Texas and pride myself on knowing great bbq. I moved up here 20 years ago and have tried all the “big boy” places. They’re good, but this place rocks. First.time for lunch I told my coworkers top five. I ordered whole brisket in advance and drove an hour to pick it up. WOW! Best brisket I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been to all the best bbq places in Texas and am blown away! The absolute best I’ve ever had in my life! I even asked them to make it on the moist side! Absolutely incredible! And their sides are incredible also!“
