Even w/ a whole line of cars I was able to place a mobile order from 1/2 a mile down the road & I pulled in & had my food within 2 minutes of arriving & there was 2 cars in front of me & 4 behind me.. & by the time I parked to eat, there weren’t any cars in the drive thru. Lightning fast. Food it hot too. Fries are fresh. 10/10 every time I come here. Also, the chick working the drive thru window tonight (1/23/25 @ 9pm) was great. Hooked it up w/ extra dipping sauce & was just overall nice af. This is literally the only fast food restaurant that I have never had issues w/ no matter the time of day, day of the week or what I order.“

“I order through the app every time I go here. They have only got my order wrong once, but they gave me a free sandwich coupon to use after I brought it in and they made me a new one. The cookies are always good I mean come on it’s a subway cookie you know they are always good.“

“Even with atmosphere at a 2, the store still gets 5 stars. It's because you don't go there to eat in. You don't need a two million dollar building. You need tasty pizza. And that's what I get from there. It's an old building but it's clean on the inside. The Elwood store location is perfect for me. Right in-between Kokomo and Alexandria. Make sure to use Google maps, the signage isn't real good. Easy to miss.“

“Pleasantly surprised when I picked up my pizza. It was hot and ready when they said it was. Staff was pleasant and thanked me for coming to Pizza Hut. Note: we had been going out of town to get pizza because several months ago had a bad experience here. So nice.“
