“the service was Epic and I was so excited to try this type of ice cream for the first time. My kid chose to get the strawberry ice creme and it Divine as can be. we originally bought two of the bobo teas....and they were so good before we left the mall we decided to go back and grab two more drinks and got the ice cream we spoke of above. I think the best part was the two workers and how kind they were, dedicated to explaining to us everything we asked questions about and how they went over the top to make it healthy...was even better. 10/10 we will absolutely be returning for more“

“My family and I have bought ice cream here multiple times over the years and it never disappoints. I love their signature creation ice creams.
This year my daughter decided she wanted a cold stone Ice Cream cake for her birthday. We have never purchased a cake from them before. I placed my order for a custom cake online and mistakenly entered in the wrong date for a week later then when I needed it. I unfortunately did not realize my mistake until I was standing in the store to pick it up on the actual date I needed it. Sam helped me and was incredibly nice and apologetic even though this mistake was completely on me. He was able to locate a one of their standard Signature cookies and cream cake in the size we ordered in their deep freeze. Sam advised that they could ice it and decorate it in the morning, and I could pick it up prior to my daughter party. I was so happy with this resolution, but Sam was not done. After we left the store Sam continued to search the deep freeze and actually found my custom cake. He called me to let me know that he had located it and they could have it ready for me in the morning. Thank you, Sam for going above and beyond this customers' expectations and fixing my mistake with a smile of your face and making such a seamless interaction. We will definitely be ordering more ColdStone Cakes in the future.

“We live in Columbus Indiana and go to the local Culvers a few times a month but we were in Evansville Saturday night and as we were heading back to Columbus we hadn't eaten so we drove through this Culvers. Everything was pretty decent except there was an abundance of salt on my onion rings. Who puts salt on onion rings??? I had to scrape it off just to eat them. Is it just me or has fast food service gone in the toilet the last few years?“

“As I was dropping my son off at work in Northpark, I witnessed the owner and an employee rush outside to save a lost dog. First Ave is very busy at this time of day and the poor dog could have been killed. We have been in baskin Robbins many times and they have always been so polite!“

“Food was as always, great. The biggest problem is the way the place is laid out. The entrances are on both sides of the building which are at the ends of the space in front of the counter. The condiment station is precariously set at one end and becomes an area of congestion and hazards. There's not a big enough place to put more than one tray. Which is already a task to carry after the cashier / server / hostess has loaded it down with all of the food and mainly the unwieldy soft drinks. Then there's the elevated dining area that has chrome separation bars, which add to the awkward layout of the dining area.“

“The employees working today deserve a raise. They gave us excellent service. When I asked for a side of pickles with my chicken, they asked how much. “Went through the drive through kinda late and they were all in great moods and made GREAT blizzards for us! They're an awesome night crew, most of the time you get hit with bad attitudes and ppl who don't wanna be there. This place was the most positive place I've been to in awhile.“

“The service here is always stellar! We usually pop by for breakfast between 7 and 8 in the morning. Order on the app and we only wait a few minutes for fresh food/drinks right to our window!

“I recommend downloading the app. If you have multiple family members I would put the app on each phone to pay separately and use a coupon for each order. You can use the in app $3 off coupon for either a regular 6 pc. strip basket or tossed in sauce. Orders tend to be correct much more often when order is in app and food is ready when you arrive. It gives the store more time to prepare your order. My TOSS N SAUCE strips today were excellent. We work hard to be able to afford a meal or ourselves and our family and in this economy we need to save all we can when we can.“

“Average enough Sonic, but for the love of God, label if a stall is to go only on BOTH sides of the panel. I don’t want to have to pull into multiple stalls until I find one that isn’t a mobile only stall. While we are on that subject, there is NO reason to have 6 stalls for mobile orders.“
