Did it online order first time DoorDash order in a different city wasn't sure where we were going. Received the wrong meal call the store the manager to care the whole situation replace it with a whole new meal very good service. Food was fantastic as normal. When we went into pick up our replacement meal later that day as a clean environment very nice employees the atmosphere was inviting to sit down and have a meal.
Had a delivery driver (thru Uber eats, not JJ's deliver drivers) steal our order, and Jimmy Johns hand delivered the order to us after not getting resolution thru Uber Eats. Great guys!!!
Eat here multiple days a week. Pulled up to grab a pre-order and the employee behind the counter, right in front of the food, is vaping. Won't be back.

Jimmy John's is a convenient spot for a quick sandwich, located just a couple of blocks from The Ford Center arena. The staff is usually pleasant and the place is clean. Sandwiches are freshly made, with high-quality meats cut to order. A lively atmosphere with background music adds to the experience, but may be too loud at times.
