jimmy johns on main Street has Door dash drivers fill drinks with dirty hands. employees there said they are not allowed too. mention to them that the drivers are not Servsafe certified and manager on duty said they are not either. happened at about 1pm on Sept 16.
I ordered delivery and wanted my drink with no ice and it came with ice but was half empty. Makes me think delivery driver took some of ice out of it with hand. Also I always order my sandwich cut in half and it never is.
Do NOT order if you'd like to eat lunch. Placed an advanced order & 2 hours later, still no food. Called & was told "I'm not sure what happened?" No offer to replace & have delivered. Just a "feel free to try again tomorrow." No thanks, I prefer food on my lunch break :(
