I had to come back and change my 1 star review to 5 stars. At the urging of a friend I went back to the St. Joe location today. Man what a difference!! This place was humming very efficiently and my sandwich had a large portion of meat on it. I checked before I left the store. It was very good too. Great job everyone at the St. Joe location.
1st time customer here. My order was correct and delivered right away. Ordered a 16 inch roast beef and provolone chese sub. What i really got was a lettuce tomato and onion sub. Not sure if this the norm for Jimmy johns.. hardly any meat or chese. Very disappointed. Ingredients seemed fresh and the bread was good. For some reason I can't post the pic i took, its ridiculous how thin the meat is.
I did an order online and picked up my order in the drive thru. There was another car in front of me at the window when I pulled up. I had to wait over 15 mins to pick up my food. Once I pulled up to the window, the guy working didn’t apologize, ask how I was doing, or thank me for coming. My food had been sitting in the bag next to the window for awhile. My food was good and order was correct!
