“Food is yummy yummy! Service was great!!!! I’m a longtime customer and a restaurant owner. And I love this place. The only thing I’d recommend is to stop letting the staff kick garbage under the shelves in the kitchen. As a customer watching that, it makes me think the restaurant is dirty and I’ve seen it done many times here over the years, because many bar seats have a clear view into the kitchen. I can’t tell you how many loud conversations we have overheard from the kitchen and how much trash I’ve seen kicked under the shelves. It takes two seconds to pick up the trash and disposed of it properly, so that your customers will think you are a clean, sanitary restaurant if we see that. I’m sure you are clean, but that’s a bad look.“

To those complaining in other reviews about the old look of the place, it's what gives it charm....hence it being the Old Mill that's been serving travelers & diners for decades. If you want modern look & feel, go to a modern place. Thanks again to the sweet waiter!“

“I came with a ladies group on Friday this last week. The food was great and I noticed right away how the manager Everett was keeping calm even in a rush. He made sure our order was right. Later when my Mom thought she threw away an expensive item he supplied me with gloves and even came out to help Me go through the trash! Never have I had such care from a fast food place. I’ll be back!!“

“Had an online order last night that was almost $40, and was given horrible cold overcooked in old grease food that I couldn't even feed to the dog and threw away....but I want to give a shout out to James the manager that I spoke with today and the crew that was working with him today. He had me stop by after work, remade the entire order fresh, and he provided great customer service the entire time. The crew working with him were super nice as well, very apologetic, and after the bad experience from the night before he was able to turn the whole thing around. I appreciate all 3 of them. Mistakes happen, but they made it right and that is everything. 5 stars for great customer service!“

“I went yesterday with my mother she ordered jalapenos poppers with funnel cake sticks, I ordered mozzarella cheese sticks with a cheesecake, service was good food was very hot, only just a little thing they didn't have ranch for my moms jalapeno poppers but it's okay that wasn't nothing to get mad about Atleast the food was hot and we pulled off with a big smile. The cashier at the window was awesome 👍🏾 even tho I'm a long johns silver fan I do get my entree and cheese cake from there because, long johns silver I don't think they have mozzarella cheese sticks or cheese cake.“
