“We had our rehearsal dinner at Mex-I-Can. The team was so easy going and accommodating when it came to the planning of the dinner. The night of, it was all hands on deck and anything to serve our family and friends. 100% would recommend having a type of event here. They are willing to do anything to make it the best experience!! Whether it was pulling out 3 more tables, rearranging half of the restaurant, or serving drink after drink, they had the best team doing it all.“
