“We stayed nearby for a couple of days and this little place was recommended by the hotel staff. There was no front signage which made it harder to find than it should have been, but glad we did as the pizza and spaghetti meals we had were really lovely and very well priced. Server was lovely too and was exceptional.“

“For some reason, their pizza is better than the other Mozzi’s. I live in greenfield so it’s not feasible for me to eat here often but when I am getting Mozzi’s and can make it down to New Pal, I will always prefer this Mozzi’s. They make sure they are handing you what you ordered by showing you each item before you leave. I appreciate this considerate step. It’s also very clean in there.

Parking: Parking is on the south side of the building right off 52. There are only 3 spots in front but I believe there is more parking behind. I’ve never had to park anywhere else besides the front.“

“Would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone! We had a huge last day of school party, where I had ordered 12 pizzas at Papa John’s. Three hours before the pizza is set to be delivered, Papa John’s calls saying their ovens were down. Called this Pizza Hut, and they were so helpful, said no problem, we will get your 12 pizzas done and we will give you a better price! I am so impressed, and y’all saved mine and the kiddos day! Pizzas tasted amazing, nothing went to waste!“

“Good place but a little ghetto. Bathroom doors dont lock. ( they have locks but they can easily be unlocked from the outside). Also they don't have a working ice machine, instead they have a ice bucket. With that said i would eat here again“

“The absolute worst professionalism and customer service yet of any restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I placed a rather large order an hour and a half before we needed it, order went through fine got the information to track it said expect delivery between 6:30 p.m. 6:35 p.m. which would have been perfect to feed a bunch of hungry preteens and teenagers and get them out the door by 7:00 7:15. at 6:40 still no word from Little Caesars so I called. The person answering the phone said we don't have anyone to deliver We had to call a third party like DoorDash to deliver and I said you need to call them and find out where they are and give me a timeline please to which they replied no you call and I said I don't know which service you used You mentioned too and it's technically your job since you have been paid to make sure your customer gets the delivery can you please call them and get a timeline for me and then I heard click they hung up so I called right back. they answered again I told them who I was and that I had just been hung up on and I was trying to figure out where my order was and they started in again about the third party delivery and I said I understand but I need you to call your third party person and figure out where they are if they picked up I said has it even gone out and she said no we're waiting and then hung up so I got in my car and drove there Thank God I had other adults to watch the kids while I went to do that got there and they're set all of our pizzas in their warming oven when their app said they were just being baked at 6:02 p.m. and here it was by the time I got there 10 minutes until 7:00... And she proceeded to tell me they only had one receipt either one for me or one for the delivery person I said I am the delivery person I'm picking up my own food because you're not understanding what I'm asking you. so they got everything stacked up on the counter printed off my receipt and out the door I went. I will never ever use them again especially for a large order that was close to $100. I will pay more money and go to Papa John's or Pizza Hut before I would ever use Little Caesars again. Shelbyville branch needs to have new owners or managers if they can't do any better than what they exhibited today.“
