“Love Crumbl! This was the first time our order was messed up. Got two of the same cookie and one was left out of the 12 pack. Also, we initially were only handed 6 cookies (half our order) and almost left before the employee realized and stopped us the for the rest. We didn’t notice the messed up order until we got to the car. Normally they open the box and show us the order, but not this time. We still love you Crumbl!“
