Wendy's in Fishers

“I visited on 07/28 around 1:50 am. I was getting off from my second job and didn’t feel like cooking, seen Wendy’s was still open unaware they ran this late into the night. Sat in line for quite a while, was upset snd annoyed at first but I’m understanding, it’s late and I didn’t honestly have high hopes in anything as I haven’t visited here in a while due to previous poor experiences. It’s been maybe over a year since I've came. The food was however excellent. Freshly made, flavorful, not a single dry unsalted or missing item. The young woman who took my order I didn’t see a name tag sadly, was very soft spoken and polite her mannerism was truly appreciated. This place may have gotten things back in order a bit I am not sure but I know one thing, this was a great and very appreciative visit! 100% worth my money and time. Time to go to bed, I’m full 😝“

“First time here, far from home I must say the service was great. The attention to detail and my needs knowing I was on my lunch was quickly noticed by Director Samara( I believe that was her name forgive me if it wasnt). She made sure my food was fresh and got me out in a hurry, 5 stars all around!“

“We've avoided this Wendy's for quite awhile as service, quality, and order accuracy lacked each visit. Decided to give it another try after reading a positive review with a recent change in management. This time our order was 100% accurate, food was fresh/hot, and the service was fantastic. Placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and the person at the window was super friendly. He had our order out to us quickly even though we had a large order. We're so glad that this location has improved! We'll definitely return.“
