Saturday morning service was not great. Manager too busy gossiping with other employees to help her customers and the other employees that needed help.
Not at all a usual Chick-fil-a experience
Anyone that knows me knows I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. They are run very well and efficient. I have finally found one that is run like a McDonalds!! Unfriendly and no one is wanting to help the one cashier when the line is long! And then couldn't get the hash browns extra crispy because it wasn't an option on the screen. Manager made eye contact when we were waiting for refills at the counter and continued to gossip with 2 or 3 other employees.
The young man working the drive thru, has excellent Coustmer service! Definitely will be back, food is always hot and fresh, keep it up team!

The play area is a plus for families with kids. The salad is a popular choice and a win for those looking for a healthier option. The chicken stripes 4*4 with waffle fries and 2 chick-A-file sauce are just as loved. They always repeat your order and go above and beyond on catering sauces and are not stingy with napkins. It's amazing, fast, fresh, friendly, and delicious.
