Dunkin' Donuts in Fort Wayne

“so i’m leaving a five star review because i don’t believe this store should be docked any points for things out of their reach. the atmosphere was good, staff was very helpful, and the food was great. however, the kiosks need to be updated. multiple items are on the kiosk that no longer exist and this just adds stress for staff and customers. it isn’t very fair to the staff especially since i’m sure people aren’t very patient over their morning coffee. do better dunkin“

“I really enjoyed their donuts with the cream inside their delicious, and their pink drink is my favorite and the staff that I met were nice and asked me about my day. Not sure what all the hate is about because I come back to this place constantly and I am satisfied 😊!“

“I recently visited this location for breakfast on a late Sunday morning. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the food and coffee were excellent. I especially want to express my thanks to Javier, who realized that I had too many bags and cheerfully volunteered to put everything in one bag for me. Great job to this team!“

“I tried the one on Lima and Coldwater too, but this one is the best one to me. They always get the drink right, and I haven't had any communication issues. Better than McDonald's for a frappe. They add all the extra caramel I want, and I don't have to fight for it! Lots of little treats to pick from. Turkey sausage tastes amazing and they have breakfast all day!“

“This Dunkin takes the win over all other Dunkin’s in Fort Wayne. Called multiple locations and this one was the only one friendly and helpful. Placed my order for a party and picked them up with no issues. Ready on time and exactly what I ordered. Store was clean and employees were very nice. They even gave a few extra donuts as a happy birthday which was a nice surprise for my twins. If you are looking for a good Dunkin, this is the only acceptable one I’ve found in our area.“

“I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and order of hash browns and snacking bacon. BEST BEST food from any dunkin I have been too. I ordered a medium lattes with butter pecan, cream, and sugar, ABSOLUTELY fantastic. Service was FANTASTIC I believe at the time it was Justice, Riley, and Liv that were working those ladies make my day every time I come thru the drive thru. GREAT attitudes within them all.“
