“Had the pleasure of dining st Bravas for the 1st time....I must say that the Peanut butter Burger was not only exceptional but one of the best Burgers I've ever had. Bacon, Gruyere cheese, Jalepenos.....perfectly cooked and filling. The Patatas Bravos were equally sensational. On a scale 1-10, it's an 11. Met and spoke with the owner Bo and informed him I'm a regular from this point on.“

“Finally got to try this food truck! I called to order, was ready in 10 minutes (3 full meals). We ordered the 3 taco dinner (asada) and two asada burritos. The asada is so tender. The tortillas are fresh and soft. The rice is good but the refried beans are phenomenal! The tomatillo sauce (green sauce) is flavored excellent! I like my green sauce a little spicy but that okay I know alot of folks do not. The burritos are large and delicious! Rebecca said the asada and cheese go really well together and sets the burrito off. Highly recommend. Delicious Hispanic food. I grew up in ligonier and half the population is Hispanic, probably more, and alot Hispanics in ligonier are actually from aguascalientes (hot water) Mexico. Im not stranger to authentic Mexican food and let me tell you what, this food truck be slappin baby.“
