I’ve had reactions at other restaurants that led to hospital visits — so finding a place that truly understands gluten-free safety is rare. Don Hall’s in Fort Wayne has consistently taken my gluten-free needs seriously, and tonight was exceptional. My server, Ashley B, went above and beyond. She double-checked everything, communicated clearly with the kitchen, and treated my health with genuine care. What might seem like a small gesture to some means everything to people like me. “The staff were so nice! We are here our first night in Ft. Wayne, and it was very good. I got the honey mustard chicken, and my dad got the chef salad. The portions are huge! I had enough mash potatoes and green beans to last me three days!“

“Our favorite restaurant around! For birthdays and special occasions, we make the one hour drive to Cork N Cleaver. Salad bar is amazing, the lobster bisque is perfect, and I'm pretty sure I've never ordered off the menu, because the chef's specials always sound too good. “Ok Went there for about the 15th time. Just as amazing as ever. Didn't get our usual server but had an adorable Hispanic gal who was having her first week. She was terrific! Ordered the moussaka and soup w Greek salad. Was soooo delicious. Way too much food for just one meal. Partner got the Half a baked chicken. Said it was the best he'd ever had. Moist and flavorful. So much dinner he brought some home for lunch tomorrow. Now dessert!!! Ordered bread pudding w caramel sauce and apple dumpling. Must have been a run on both cause at 6:30, both were all gone. Either the manager or owner (Latino guy) came out to our table to deliver the bad news. Super nice and helpful. We ended up with coconut creme pie and raspberry cheesecake. OMG both so delicious and huge portions. Totally forgot about what we had wanted originally. Brought half the pie home. Too big!! The sauce tasted like it came out of a ravioli can. I can’t imagine serving that sauce. Another customer overheard our conversation and they both stated that they stopped eating the pizza because of the poor quality of the sauce. Highly disappointed“

“I came in with my friends and had Grace as my server. She was probably the best server I have had at any restaurant in a long time. I asked her questions about different menu items and she knew all the answers. I was very impressed she had so many menu items memorized. She’s like a walking PF Chang’s Menu!! I originally ordered the Apple spice refresher but then upgraded to the alcoholic version and was very surprised by how much I loved it! Another great suggestion from our waiter. She was so sweet and kind and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Anything we asked for in terms of refills, sauces, or extra napkins was delivered within 30 seconds of asking for it. I’ve been to places where it takes 30 mins to get water! We truly had a fantastic experience and a lot of it was thanks to Grace. Definitely will be back!! Give that girl a promotion!!!“

“Stopped in last evening for a quick bite to eat and our waitress took us to our table ...who's name was Caitlyn... (possibly a K not sure). But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. Most of the time these days you dont get that kind of customer service...so when you do it needs to be reconized!! Thank you again Caitlyn on a job well done!!“

“Everyone I know who has been to this fabulous restaurant over the years absolutely loves the food and the staff, the cocktails are out of this world. Today, home in Connecticut I was just picked up by an Uber driver, we were chatting and she said she just moved here from Fort Wayne to care for her parents, when I mentioned the restaurant she said she's been there many times, the food is fantastic, the interior is beautiful and the neighborhood is incredible!!!
