The apple and kale salad was amazing. The duck frites are so delicious and we have had the salmon dish and the pork chop dish. The portion sizes are generous and you won’t be disappointed!“

“Rudy and I celebrated our 40th anniversary there on 7/27. This was our first visit at the new location. Mickey was our Server and she is EXCELLENT at taking care of customers. We had a full menu with some leftovers for later. I splurged on a Blackberry Smash Mocktail. Interestingly different... We shared the Calamari appetizer. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and Rudy had Filet medallions! So much flavor!!! Portions for us gave leftovers. We didn't want to be miserable and wanted to save room for dessert - Creme Brulee (me) and Carrot Cake (Rudy). We even took some dessert home! It was a wonderful evening at a Hideout 125! For us, Hideout 125 is one of our special places for special events!“

“Stopped in from out of town with little time to spare before the Komets hockey game, almost didn’t go thinking there was no way we’d have time for a sit down restaurant on a Saturday night but called ahead about 15 minutes out. They got us right into a table, our server was with us right away. I never leave reviews but Tonya was so attentive and swift with our service that I felt obligated. In a world where it seems every time you go out and spend your hard earned money to enjoy a nice family meal you end up feeling like a burden on your server or put on the back burner, she was the exact opposite. You could feel that she was genuinely working to ensure that my family was well taken care of and had an excellent experience. We never had to wait for anything, she paid attention, anytime my wife or I thought of something we needed she would pop up and ask before I could even wave her over. (Yet she managed to not be that overeager, constantly asking you if you need anything to the point it becomes obnoxious server). She had several tables and I could see they were all receiving the same attention we were. There was no stopping to play on her phone or going out to take breaks, or talking with coworkers, we were a priority. Our drinks never ran dry and the timing was perfect. We got there and got sat right away, quickly got our drinks, salads immediately after, and by the time we were done with the salads and bread the food was there and PERFECT. The prime rib was amazing and the Ribeye was out of this world! Everything was cooked perfectly the first time out of the kitchen, our couple little requests were immediately addressed by Tonya and she returned quickly. She was great with our kids and even helped pack up our leftovers for the dog. We made it to the Colosseum with time to spare before the puck drop. 5 star food, accommodated quickly, and It was so refreshing to have a server that actually cared so much for her job. From the hostess, to the server, to the kitchen- 5 star service all the way around. We will go back whenever we’re in town.“

“This place rarely fails. The service was spectacular. The salad bar is famous itself, but the steaks did not disappoint. I ordered the coffee crusted Ribeye, and my wife ordered the filet. Both were full of flavor and very tender. My only critique was dessert. They brought out the creme brulee, and the top was perfect, but the bottom was warm and very runny. So runny that the area you just took a spoonful from filled back in. Great flavor but disappointing texture. We mentioned this to our waitres, and she apologized, but nothing else was done about it. My wife ordered a martini and loved it. I tried the ultimate margarita with Don Julio, but it was not good at all as even though i stirred it, it was all tequila and nothing else. Overall, it was still a good experience.“

The place is visually impressive and family-friendly, serving up everything from hand-rolled sushi to dim sum and pan-Asian favorites like Mongolian Beef and Chang’s spicy chicken. “Ok Went there for about the 15th time. Just as amazing as ever. Didn't get our usual server but had an adorable Hispanic gal who was having her first week. She was terrific! Ordered the moussaka and soup w Greek salad. Was soooo delicious. Way too much food for just one meal. Partner got the Half a baked chicken. Said it was the best he'd ever had. Moist and flavorful. So much dinner he brought some home for lunch tomorrow. Now dessert!!! Ordered bread pudding w caramel sauce and apple dumpling. Must have been a run on both cause at 6:30, both were all gone. Either the manager or owner (Latino guy) came out to our table to deliver the bad news. Super nice and helpful. We ended up with coconut creme pie and raspberry cheesecake. OMG both so delicious and huge portions. Totally forgot about what we had wanted originally. Brought half the pie home. Too big!! The sauce tasted like it came out of a ravioli can. I can’t imagine serving that sauce. Another customer overheard our conversation and they both stated that they stopped eating the pizza because of the poor quality of the sauce. Highly disappointed“

“Stopped in last evening for a quick bite to eat and our waitress took us to our table ...who's name was Caitlyn... (possibly a K not sure). But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. “Everyone I know who has been to this fabulous restaurant over the years absolutely loves the food and the staff, the cocktails are out of this world. Today, home in Connecticut I was just picked up by an Uber driver, we were chatting and she said she just moved here from Fort Wayne to care for her parents, when I mentioned the restaurant she said she's been there many times, the food is fantastic, the interior is beautiful and the neighborhood is incredible!!! Boba drinks are a nice sweet treat as well, the matcha tea has a good flavor and is not too sweet or too bitter like a lot of other places I’ve tried, it’s just right.
