Chicken is OLD, fries were COLD, this was lunch rush time why should any food look like it has been sitting or food be cold? Asked for ketchup, yes was in drive thru and never got any. Nor the receipt was NOT in my bag. This store has gone down hill in the quality of food. Thought I would give a LAST try since before the food was COLD, and the bag that was handed to me was used for the list of items that needed stocked, which I pointed out and the drive thru...read full review
