“Ordered food at the drive thru on 5/13/26 @ 9 pm, employee unchanged one of the orders, I said clearly one single butterburger combo, got the cheese right this time but entered a dbl butterburger instead. Topping and condiments were scarce, drink tasted watered down and very little carbonation in the Coke. Very disappointed. The last three times I've stopped at a Culvers they unchanged because they half listen or don't omit cheese when asked.“
