I tend to be hit-and-miss when it comes to pies, but I've come to appreciate Generations Pie Company. Generations, which is actually based in McCordsville, appears at a lot of festivals and farmer's markets around Central Indiana and is a near weekly presence at the Statehouse Market at the Indiana Government Center each Thursday. I tried winston's chocolate bourbon pecan pie and I think I ascended straight into the heavens. It was delicious. Wish I had a picture to share but I ate it too fast. Going to the farmers market again this weekend specifically for this pie. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I bought a small bourbon chocolate pecan pie from the downtown farmer's market and it was friggin' delicious. I will definitely be trekking to wherever they'll be selling pies in the future and can't wait to try more flavors!
