“I was not happy with the grilled cheese burger sandwich. The bread did not look like it was grilled at all.
There wasn't anyone keeping the tables and the floor cleaned. The person making the ice cream was not doing a good job at all.
I have been to the Freddy's at County line Road and Emerson Ave.and it wasn't like that.“

“Food was great and staff was very friendly. However they were very slow for a Thursday night. We had to wait more than 5 minutes just to be seated. They had everyone sitting on the patio which was fine because it was a nice night. But it took forever for our food to come and when asked about desert she said she would give us a few minutes to decide. It took our waitress 10 minutes to come back and check even though there was us and one table left. We ended up not getting desert. I know this was probably just a bad night for the staff which is why I gave service a four. More than anything it was just frustrating seeing how empty the place was for it to take that long.“

“My dad, daughter, and I had lunch here yesterday (12/14) between 11-12 for the first time at this location, and it was one of the cleanest Burger Kings I’ve ever been in! The employees were all friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. We made sure to thank them and let them know what a great job they were doing. I hope they hear that often because many fast food restaurants are falling apart and not well-maintained – but not this one! Great job to the team at this location!“
