We frequented Koney King back in the 1980's and seen the TV excerpt about this icon and just today had to have 2 each just Koney dogs. They tasted just like we remembered them!! Kudos to the new owner of 5 years now. Keeping them REAL!
To me, Koney King is a place I randomly go when I drive by and decide to stop. My fam ate it in their youth and turned me on, so I definitely won't stop remembering the good taste of the chili burger. I stopped in today for the first time since Covid and it's nothing like a good ole chili burger with that lil bit of grease and a Coke. Good treat for a cheat day. They still have cool staff because the girl knew what I wanted and how to cook it though it wasn't on the menu. ?

I worked there when I was a Junior in high school at Lee Wallace 1974.I rode my bicycle to & from work. Happy to see that Koney King is still open and providing wonderful chili, chili dogs and burgers to the community. I also remember Flamingo pizza, and Geno’s pizza on Broadway.
