We ordered the Dominican chicken quarters and the cilantro lime coleslaw. Everything was packaged perfectly for transport, and the entire order was ready on time. “Flamingos has been in town for a long time. Nice little cozy place. A good perch dinner. We like a thin crust pepperoni pizza. The flavor of the pizza dough reminds me of Onos which was one of the Best pizza places, that has a Great flavor to it that you can not find anywhere. The cheese is stretchy when hot. Good flavor! “18th Street Brewery has excellent craft and Rye! Stopped in for the first time and really enjoyed the Pilsner. Support this Woman Owned Business and buy local. We’ll try the food next time. The bar keep Bruce was a lot of fun too! I highly recommend 18th Street Brewery in Miller Beach for craft brewed beer and distilled spirits.“

“I parked at the TA for the night and got over to Philly Steak& Lemonade for dinner around 9p.m I ordered the Philly combo with a Frozen lemonade. The quality was great! The sandwich was absolutely loaded! I could even eat more than a few fries they packed the Philly so much! And the lemonade was great. Sweet with a little sour at the end. Definitely will be my spot anytime I am in Gary! And very easy to walk to from the truck stop! The quality and quantity especially for the low price is out of this world!“

“The food is great. It is my go-to place for Mexican food. It's very hard to find good Mexican food near my home. Now, the young lady who takes the orders always has an attitude, for some reason, regardless of how nice and polite I am to her. I do wonder how that impacts their business.“

The food is great the drinks are great and the Dj's are the best ! I call it a good vibe. It is true that Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came. “I saw video on tik tok, so I went. I got the shrimp and the perch just like the guy on tik tok. The shrimp were really good, not a lot of heavy batter, but that perch had no seasoning at all. I was highly disappointed with the perch. Will I drive to Gary again for it,probably not. You go and get those shrimp. Service is good and the sitting area is clean, and you dont wait long for your food.“

“Great fast food, especially for an area with very few options. They're always fast and usually very fresh. Definitely ask for their lemon pepper, especially on the fries! It's not the regular spice, and it's really delicious on fried stuff.

Parking: Only a few spots directly in front, but they basically share a parking lot with a grocery store, so there's plenty of parking close enough.“

“This restaurant is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. I used to go there before I went to college, and am happy that it's still here today. They only open for carry out now. It may appear that they are closed from the outside due to no other cars in the parking lot. It works for me because I prefer carry out anyways. Everything is so expensive nowadays. Their price remained very reasonable Some recommended dishes are: Szechuan Chicken, Beef Broccoli, Shrimp fried rice, combination fried rice.
