“Went to get my Fiancé a frozen cake and have “I love you babygirl” on top. The only one I could find was a small one & wasn’t sure if it could be done. The younger lady that was working took immediate ownership of the situation and advised me she could get it done and even added some added toppings to make it that much more special. It’s this level of customer service that’s missing in the world“

“Today everything at Culver's was below par from what I have experienced in the past. My mushroom and Swiss hamburger looked like a 6 year old could have done better and it barely had any mushrooms. Staff was busy and barley spoke to anyone. We ate our food and left after 20 minutes waiting on our Custer order. Tables had been moved around and were not orderly. A customer had dropped ketchup on the floor and employees did not offer to help cleanup.“

The girl at Insomnia apologized profusely and took care of getting another sent out to her right away, all with a friendly and helpful disposition. My daughter said the cookie arrived right on time as promised, and she and her friends loved it! I will definitely be using them again for future treats for her!“
