“They have a 4 topper small table in the middle of the dining room where up to 10/12 people gather every morning to have neighborhood coffee and social hour ,plus a bite to eat. It is not possible to scoot more tables up to the tiny table in the middle, everything's bolted down . The extra tables that ARE THERE are high and the older people aren't able to climb up on those bar stools! If things aren't improved, talk is they may switch to Wendy's down the road once it's built.
