Not busy. Ate in. Used kiosk for my order. While I was waiting, the kind staff member asked if I had my drink cup yet, which I did not, so he handed it to me while I waited.
The order took longer than expected but not unbearably long. The impossible burger was overcooked and black on the bottom. It was still edible but not as good as I’ve had at other locations. I ordered extra pickles and there were so many that I was shocked. Well done!
Onion rings were tasty. Fries were squishy and stuck together.
The location was reasonably clean. Bathroom seemed pretty tidy.
Overall, it’s a BK. Not the best I’ve had but average.“
“Emily from the beckley location Burger King served me and my sister and took our order. It was VERY late at night and she was so patient and sweet. we had the munchies and we are indecisive so we weren’t the easiest customers to deal with but she stayed diligent in her customer service and we were both very impressed. She has lots of tattoos and I believe a facial piercing or two. Very very pretty lady as well. She DESERVES some sort of promotion or bonus. We love you Emily!!!! “I order the same thing every time so I don't have much to say about the different burgers and other items they offer. I can tell you that their Chicken Fries are really good as long as they make them fresh. In case you don't know, if you ask for your food to be made fresh they are supposed to do exactly that and make your food fresh. Now expect to be waiting longer, but you will have Fresh fast food. Ok so, other than the Chicken Fries I order a Hamburger and a Vanilla Shake. They have really good shakes. They also have pretty good deals every day, for example: it's called the $5/Duo. There's several different items to choose from so check it out sometime. I know that if I'm going to eat at a fast food burger place it's almost always Burger King. One last awesome thing about Burger King is they are open 24hours. 🍔👑👍“
“Call to ask why my burrito was spicy and the manager not take giving me negative feedback and not hearing me out I buy a burrito from here every day and today was not the day he was rude he had poor customer service I will never return to that Burger King again“
“The dude with the gray beard is exceptional in every way. Hospitality of that level needs to be recognized. I can’t list everything this dude did right, because it’s a whole story. But please recognize this man. I just got food from the drive through on 7/23 probably around 4:30 pm.“
