He was patient and forward-thinking while taking our order, we didnt feel rushed, and the few extra moments he took to make sure the order was correct made the whole process smoother.I would love for everyone who works drive thru to be trained to function like him“
“I'm very rarely I would give five stars to a fast food restaurant... But this place takes the ?. Hands down best service I've ever gotten in a fast food restaurant.Mind you my stop was about 5:30 in the morning, so I'm on my way out of town, they weren't super busy but I would say steady.Young lady waiting on me had the best attitude. Super bubbly super friendly, which is a rare find nowadays especially considering the level of business.I believe they're only three or four people working. Had to wait on French toast but they didn't make me feel bad about it and they didn't make me park, which I really did appreciate.Food was fresh, everything was great.This seriously is my new favorite stop for breakfast on the go...Vegetarian options: The impossible Whopper is phenomenal if you want a veggie burger that tastes like a regular burger. personally I did like the old school veggie burger better, though unlike the impossible Whopper, it had a noticeable heavy onion flavor.Parking: Fast food restaurants nowadays usually don't have too many problems with parking, this Burger King location included. This location is a lot easier to get in and out of compared to some of the other locations.“
“I have a coupon for a free value fry which exclusively says"good at any carrols" which was also based on a fundraiser to support their own charity community scholarship fund and it has NO EXPIRATION DATE and the workers there would not accept my coupon after I waited about 10 minutes in their line for my free fry, and my ice cream purchase. This place is an absolute miserable joke and always has been. Every time you go there plan to wait 10 to 30 minutes for service and don't expect any type of hospitality or even ethics because you'll find none. Operate by their own poor standards and don't even honor a valid coupon for a free value fry. The lady said it was expired, yet it clearly carries no expiration and claims to be good at any carrols burger king location. I had zero issues claiming one in Ypsilanti a week ago. This location is just a dump.“
“Everything was great! I don't eat fast food often, but after a very long week we decided to pick up something from Burger King. We were not disappointed. The food was Delicious and hot. There was a little bit of a wait at the drive through, but overall we were very happy with our dinner!“
