Burger King in Lansing

“I had been avoiding fast food for a while, but ended up stopping in because I had a gift card. I ordered the Texas Double meal and swapped the drink for an Oreo shake.
The drive-thru moved quickly, especially for a Tuesday evening, and my food came out faster than expected, which honestly made me a bit skeptical at first. That concern disappeared after the first bite.
The Texas Double is legitimately a great burger. It actually lives up to the name. It doesn’t taste like typical fast food. It comes across closer to solid bar food, but even that undersells it a bit. Compared to burgers from other chains, this one stands out.
If you want something quick that still feels satisfying and doesn’t leave you feeling awful afterward, this is a strong option. Easily a better experience than most of the usual fast food spots.“

“Little confusion with our order but there was a new employee that apologized right away along with letting us know she was new and was going to get her supervisor to help and it was nice to know what was happening and why and ahe remained calm and pleasant while apologizing as well as asked us if we wanted a free beverage for the confusion. We kindly declined and told her thank you and let her know she was doing an amazing job and that her customer service skills are great and to keep smiling. Customer service now days really stinks but this young lady had a refreshing vibe . Restores my faith back in customer service!“

“Just ordered some food about 30 minutes ago in the drive thru. The staff were super friendly! The wait for the food was also short! On other dates when I have ordered here things have been good too. Today was excellent service so that is why I am leaving a review!“

“I am not one to usually do reviews on fast food. But I will say the Staff just in the drive through alone was absolutely wonderful. Brent was working the first window and he was so kind and gave my son a bk crown. He loved my little dog and commented on how cute she is. He was having some issues with the card reader. But I didnt mind. Just chatting with him and his warm personality was a nice end to my day. This was just before 7pm today. The next person at the 2nd window was do sweet and also loved on my puppy. The way he asked me to pull forward for my food was kind, and that they were making it fresh. It was a memorable experience for a drive threw interaction. Thank you!“

“I was Shocked. I have not been to a Burger King in years. I ordered a #1 whopper w/ fries it was excellent fries were hot, whopper tasted just like the old days. Great service I went through the drive through. I'll be going back for the original chicken sandwich.“

“Thanks for being there for me late at night!! I didn’t mind waiting for the food because it came out correctly with my substitutions and a lot of it was hot. Some items can be hit or miss but considering nothing is open late in this town anymore, I’m very grateful.“
