“Visited 04/04/2023. Used their mobile app to place the order. The order was later than the time that I specified. Double bacon cheeseburgers were good, take a hard pass on the onion rings, ranking as the worst I've ever had. The chocolate shake was small.This location is rather odd, they have a huge parking lot, multiple entrances to the store, and a large dining room, and I'll note that I could not connect to their wifi despite multiple attempts. The location of this restaurant is kind of hidden and does not have much visibility from the highway. It is never busy and I frankly wonder how they stay in business. They seem confused about a dine-in mobile order, like they don't do them often enough to be familiar with them. The staff were kind of neutral. The drive-in did seem busy and I'll guess that's where they derive most of their income from. The atmosphere inside is a little off. And a note to parents and grandparents, letting your kids/grandkids run laps in the dining room is not cool and tells me a lot about your parenting skills.Parking: Lots of parking.“
“All I can say is that the service is good and the food is what you are looking for in a BK. MUCH better than the one further south, just off of exit 41 in Saugatuck Township. I don't know what is going on there now but in the past, that place is strictly for locals only; the atmosphere and food is way sub-par. STAY on the highway and exit to THIS BK, for sure!!!“
“Great service. Building is older but pretty well maintained. TV updates in lobby.Spots south of East entrance actually closer than many of the designated handicap spots.Has two entrances. 1 off of 16th and back entrance off of 120th/Waverly that can be easier to leave depending where you are going.“
