“I rarely come here anymore but I had a craving for BK. The prices were honestly more reasonable than I expected. I loved their mocha flavored iced coffee. There's more of the coffee flavor that I feel McDonald's lacks. I'd come here again. They staff was of slow considering I was the only one there at the time. But decent quality. Also, the floors could have been swept more recently as it was kind of dirty.“
“So far it's been a good experience through doordash however on December 6th I ordered the Royal four did not get my onion rings I just tried calling the restaurant spoke with some lady told her I ordered it on December 6th and before anything else happened she hung up on me telling me have a good day, piss poor customer service. In addition I did speak with somebody immediately after I received my order and A guy basically told me in a nutshell they were out of onion rings.“
“I initially went to the drive thru, no one was speaking so I decided to park and go inside. To see they were backed up with large orders and I was amazed with how the manager handled it all with patience and empathy. The young lady working was new and the young man helping in back was positive and encouraging, when they caught up, that young man said to everyone “we got through it” and he high five the young lady. It was very cool to witness!! Keep it up, one amazing crew working today!!“
