“First let me start off by saying I come to this specific location very often and that's only because of how close it is to my home. I walked in this evening I sat there for about 5 to 10 minutes workers was present but no one noticed me standing there I asked could I get some help still no one helped me so getting ready to leave out a woman Diamond comes from the back and assisted me with outstanding manners and amazing customer service. I love the energy she brings to the restaurant you guys definitely need more people with her energy in the staff“
“I ordered a candied bacon whopper and was so looking forward to trying it, but when I got home with my Order I had what appeared to be onion that were grilled looking and a tomato, lettuce, pickle with a beef pattie. Onion rings and a coke. Where is the candied bacon. If you ran out you should let people know. Not a good thing at all. I have always loved Burger King!!! What happened this meal was 15.00 as well. ? It was a mess of an order“
“Fast food is struggling for workers, the workers they do have are over worked, under paid and putting up with overly rude people.. Despite having this all working against her Olivia is a breath of fresh air! I love swinging by the drive thru for my special to order breakfast and being greated by Olivia! Her customer service skills are awesome and my food is made with true care! Get this girl a raise. Better yet a paid vacation! Thanks for all you do Olivia!“
“Very poor customer service experience , order a double whopper with cheese and bacon, got to the store , a black Manger with dreads states that he don't see the order at all , stood there for 20 minutes, order nver came thru. Employees, female employee had nail polish on , which is against ServSafe regulations.“
“Mellisa was absolutely amazing I stopped going to Burger King because of the rudeness and how they make you sit there and wait for 10 to 15 minutes when they’re not busy at all but her I’m glad they put her in the drive-through because she was so kind and so nice. Thank you so much.“
“I could not imagine a more pleasant place to feed myself as well as my 6 children (4 boy 2 girls) every time I enter the establishment I am treated like royalty. The staff is all highly attractive and smell great. If I didn’t know any better I might shop at McDonald’s (EWWW). Pls bless your family and friends, take them to Burger King and enjoy the meat they bless your mouth with! “
