3 different times in the last month we have gone and each time was ridiculous. Waited 30 minutes inside for 3 sandwiches the first time. The 2nd time walked up to the counter and waited for someone and was told use the kiosk that's why it's there. Today I went thru drive-thru and sat in a line for almost 40 minutes. No apologies for the wait, barely any communication from the staff and lack of customer service is absolutely ridiculous. We were so happy to see this location reopened...read full review
I visited this location 05/28/2021 @ 18:20. I was ordering in the app while using the drive-thru. I had a Single Sourdough King Meal Small (only) in my cart, the cost is $7.49. Somehow my subtotal showed $9.89, an unexplained $2.40 was added, then it added the $0.59 Michigan sales tax, for a total of $10.48.

Service is a at snails pace. Food is over priced. Glad we don't have to pay 15 dollars wages to these worthless employees.
