Big shoutout to Keon at Burger King—this man deserves the crown 👑 (pun intended). I came in hangry enough to fight the King himself, but Keon served me up with such good vibes that even my fries tasted happier.
He didn’t just take my order—he took my worries, put them in a paper bag, and sent them down the drive-thru chute. The Whopper was hot, the service was fast, and his smile was so bright I almost thought they added a new menu item: the “Keon Combo” (comes with extra kindness, side of swagger).
If Burger King ever makes a superhero team, Keon’s gotta be the captain. Forget “Have it your way,” with him it’s “Have it Keon’s way”—because it’s better.
Give this man a raise before he gets recruited by Chick-fil-A for their hospitality Avengers.“
“I just had the most positive interaction with an employee I have perhaps ever had in my life, let alone at a Burger King of all places. I don’t know where Burger King found an actual angel but I hope they keep him and continue to let him work his magic in the first window. Thank you young man for brightening a very dark day for me. I wish you many blessings as well and will probably return to this side of town more often in hopes of having such an uplifting experience again.“
“I do alot of door dashes, uber eats, and grub hubs from this location. Sometimes I order for myself. James and Alex are very politel,kind,and attentive . 9 times out of 10 I’m in and out like a robbery. If I have to wait its not very long.“
“I came in after church. I noticed they were very busy. They were calm, polite, and patient in spite of being noticeably short. There was an error on my order. When I can back and told them it was no issue or attitude, simply kindness. A kindness I needed on a day like today. Thank you to the 3 ladies there today“
“This BK location is much better than the one on Portage avenue by service every time I go. I think it’s only the consistency of their customer service isn’t great. Sometimes their service is bad and sometimes it’s very good. Burger King should really step up their game, and keep up with improving customer service, speed, and food quality.“
