“First, I personally only like to visit this Burger King. While there is normally a longer wait than at other fast-food restaurants, the quality of the food is worth it. Honestly, all Burger Kings seem to have longer wait times, so we know what to expect!
The real reason I wanted to leave this review is because of the experience we had today. We had a large staff lunch—14–16 people, all with individual orders—and chose this Burger King. I called about a half hour ahead of time to give them a heads-up. They explained that they couldn’t pre-make the food, but genuinely appreciated the notice.
When we arrived, they didn’t make a fuss or have a bad attitude about a large order during the lunch rush. Instead, they were incredibly pleasant and even joked around about who was the fastest sandwich maker. They got the entire order out surprisingly quickly!
I spent about a half hour waiting (as expected), and they made the process so easy. They helped me keep everything organized and made sure I had every item I needed before I left.
A special shout-out to Jasmine, Amber, Cassie, and Mike! You guys were awesome and made what could have been a stressful large order a really great experience. Thank you! ❤🍔“
“I went there and they were very busy. But the staff was very friendly, and my food came out fast. This was a few days after NWI has lost power from the big storm. They got their power back, and took good care of people like myself for someone who still doesn't have power in my home.“
“Just left and even though I only ordered a large fry, it was hot and fresh. I barely go to BK but when I do in other cities my food is either cold and the staff all have attitudes. I gave 5 stars because of the young man on drive thru. I don’t know if that’s your name on the receipt but whomever you are. I appreciate your kindness, politeness, and you are very respectful.
