“Very quick service on a Friday morning for breakfast. Stopped by quick through the drive thru around 7:30am on 2-20-2026. Whoever was working the drive thru was great! Very nice and easy to order from. Pulled to the 2nd window, and had my food ready before the payment went through.“

“The Burger King on Elston and Belmont is definitely one of the better Burger Kings, if you ask them to make it fresh your food tastes better because they'll make it fresh for you instead of sitting around, I think it's franchised out and it's not part of the corporate.“

Nice and respectful was the cashier and helped me with my order and was suprised he was working by himself. “An impromptu visit to this Burger King turned out to be a really cute experience. I visited the drive-through and was offered an add-on of chocolate chip cookies 🍪 … Okay, Let’s do it! I get to the window and I am asked to select a colored egg 🥚 from a cute little basket. 🧺 I didn’t pick the egg with the coupon inside. However, that didn’t matter much, because then I was offered a Burger King crown… 👑 and that just made my visit so stinkin cute! Sometimes it’s the little things that matter most. Thank you BK!“

“It's one of the cleanest BKs I've ever seen! It's was the first day of the Wednesday meal, and it was the coolest looking burger! I'll admit I tried because purple is my favorite color, and who doesn't want to eat a purple bun? Lol They also had the mortisha drink, gomez churros!“

“I've visited this place many times before in the past. This time was absolutely completely different. Keep in mind I placed my order online through the app (which I always recommend to download any app for any restaurant. Super fast and easier than doing in store in my personal opinion) as I waited inside. I was greeted as soon as walked in (which I absolutely loved and sooooo underrated in today's restaurant world) by a nice lady. I informed her I was ordering online. After a while has passed I was debating going up to check on it but she beat me to the punch and asked if I placed it already and informed me it was coming up shortly. Giving people status updates while they're waiting is such a desired experience to let us know we're seen and not forgotten like some places. McDonald's doesn't even do this. I was super happy already before even taking a bite of food. The food was cooked to perfection and was incredibly delicious !!!!! I ordered the impossible whopper with cheese and yes bacon because why not lol. Always order off the broiler. My uncle who passed away would always order it that way. I do that now to honor him that way. First time trying the impossible whopper and I must say far exceeded my expectations !!!!! Compliments to the chef ! The dining area was super clean and they have great music playing while you wait (music in any setting is a great thing especially while you wait for food !) I definitely will be coming back more often for sure. I might just have to say goodbye to McDonalds' spotty service down the street and hello to the world class customer service experience at Buger King ! Thank you so much to everyone who made this experience a great one ! Next time I visit I'm taking a crown and rocking it out to show I am a King and they treat me like one here lol ! This is a very unique location, everything is exceptionally fresh, made to order, like Burger King was originally intended (those of us old folks remember how good BK was in the 1970’s). The guy that runs the register, who is always here working very hard, is super nice! I go out of my way to come here over other locations because they’re that good! Having only 2 people on staff right around the late dinner rush is tough, but being able to work efficiently and still be kind to customers under those circumstances speaks volumes to his character. Even when multiple door dash workers were EXTREMELY rude to him (neither instances were his fault), he brushed it off and chose to be happy instead of resentful.“

“Originally, I was going to do 5 stars even though they were a little delayed, because Steve’s customer service is amazing and the food was so fresh and hot! Haven’t had either of those from BK in a while.

Unfortunately I had to take off a star because two of the items were wrong and one was missing….

Either way, a great meal with great service. Just not what I ordered lol.

“Great location, nice people, food was good, but the burgers don’t smell nor taste flamed broiled. I’m unsure of how they are cooking them but it’s not giving the flamed broiled burgers taste…. Other than that everything was fine.“

“I mean it's Burger King. You go in here you get your stuff and leave. It kind of looks like a boring place the atmosphere is just sort of stale in here. I mean you'll get your food and it's close to home Depot and Lincoln village and all that it's close to Dollar tree. But I don't know you don't see a lot of people eating in here I think that most people nowadays probably just go through the drive-through. But you can get your food and you can go. You know it's not the busiest inside eating place but I don't know it does the job.“

“The food is pretty standard for a BK, however, the challenge is getting to the location. It is actually located underground. Go into the doors in the picture, go down the stairs to your right and keep walking until you find the burger king. Hope this helps“

“Drive-Thru: I stop here frequently after leaving work. I have never had a bad experience here. Employees are polite, respectful, speak clearly, repeat my order back to me, say thank you.....and they always get my order correct! Kudos to management and employees!!!“

“Got a whopper Jr minus pickle and there was pickle on it. This location is most expensive, probably because location. Although service was quick, they clearly couldn't get the order right. Same menu (without specials and more expensive) than other locations. Good in a pinch, but don't count on your order being correct.“

The lady working the drive-thru has an amazingly positive attitude for somebody who has to work horrible hours for minimal pay. Whoever they have working the kitchen also deserves admiration for accuracy, speed, and presentation. Not to mention that the food was at the perfect temperature. “This is the BEST, CLEANEST, Burger King that I've ever been to. It's been quite some time since I've been there. The customer service was excellent, as the manager took my order for a couple of sausage croissants with hash browns. “These guys got my order on the fly so quick once someone stole my order. The manager was being stressed so I don’t blame her for her attitude. Who knows how many times this happens a day? But the most impressive thing was their music atmosphere! It was a House EDM party in there and made my meal very enjoyable!! Tysm Bridgeport team 🤩🤩 They also care about clean floors and they use the wet floor signs very well! BK > McDonald’s.“

“I am not sure why everyone is so cruel on reviews here bc my experience was amazing. I ordered at the kiosk w contactless credit card in 5 min, I waited 10 min for my food, I had the option to add onion rings to my impossible burger (meatless burger is soooo good) for only $0.30 extra and got 6 cute onion rings inside the sandwich which they spread out well, I could opt out for mayo (which they will usually put unless you ask it not to be added if they recall), I added mustard and ketchup, ordered fries that comes w the combo, had the option to add a whole order of small onion rings for $3.49, got a small Minute Maid lemonade fountain drink w my combo meal, the small fries were nice and hot and lightly crispy on the outside (I like the old version when they came out with an extra crispy fry), they added ample Heinz ketchup packets (6), and included 6 to 7 napkins which is just right (not a waste but not just 1-2). So despite my flight delay, I got to eat for a total of $17.65 after $1.86 in tax plus the $0.30 extra for cute onion rings in the meatless burger. Better than starving at the airport after everything closes. I just wish the impossible burger were a bit thicker. And more well done even tho it’s not real meat. I will ask them in person for that bc there was no option to write a comment in the kiosk. But overall a great experience for someone who doesn’t eat most meat.

Vegetarian options: Most fast food places don’t offer the impossible burger meat. I don’t like bean burgers (too mushy) and others. White Castle offers the impossible burger but it’s more mushy and small without the vast options of onions and tomato and onion rings inside.

Dietary restrictions: They have the meatless impossible burger. McDonald’s does not so BK is my choice for fast food.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s inside the airport so wheelchairs can go around easily“
