Whoever you had working tonight was amazing. The man who seemed to be the manager in a tyedie type hoodie was super kind, super knowledgeable and super helpful. I manage restaurants for a living, give this man a promotion/raise bc you need his loyalty. I have been to this location several times in the past and never seen this man, and also never had the great level of service or quality of food I got tonight. Haven’t been in maybe 5 or 6 months but will def be returning now.
My husband and I (like many I'm sure) have been really frustrated lately with fast food places in the area due to long lines and terrible customer service. We realize that many places are short staffed and we try to be understanding. It has been a long time since we have had a good experience anywhere. Tonight we decided to go to Jimmy Johns in granger.
