Normally I don't do this, but I was dissatisfied with my sandwich. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich and the meat wasn't even seasond in the teriyaki. They added it to the chicken in front of me like it was an added sauce. Also, they didn't even cut my footlong in half so I had to rip it in half in my work van and that made an unnecessary mess. Friendly staff, very polite. But quality of food is not so great. Hopefully an improvement can be made.

Drive an hour to grab a sub. Find out it’s messed up. Asked for a refund so we didn’t turn around. Manager said no we needed to bring the sandwich back. Seriously? And waste $15 more in gas to get my $15 back? No thanks. I’ll lose my money and never return here again on our way through. This is the third time we’ve had an issue with this store screwing up our orders.
