“I just want to say this is the best place I have ever worked. It is very hard to keep up with everything and every order, on top of rude customers. But we try our hardest. There are some rude employees, not only to the customers but to fellow employees. I want to thank every single one of our customers for having patience, supporting us, and understanding our mess-ups. (even if it is every day.) I just want everyone to know that I would not be the employee I am today without Morgan, Rachel, Ashley, Trevor, and Barb. They have taught me so much and continue to not give up on me, through everything. This is not a "review" but just a thank you to my managers and customers. “Other than the lengthy phone ordering process, I’m really happy with my experience from this location. Excellent quality and flavor. Some of the best delivery pizza I’ve had, and they didn’t mess up my order. Even my delivery driver was nice!“

“The night shift crew there is amazing! Very fast and efficient and made my food how I wanted it. I got a BMT with everything other than black olives along with 2 other sandwiches and the food was really good. Halen, Blake, and Phil are some great sandwich artist! Recommend going to this Subway! Thank you guys.“

“My wife and I went through the drive-through last night for dinner. Our order was taken very quickly. We drove up to the window and we were greeted by the most friendly worker. She was so courteous and helpful. Our order was given to us in about a minute... no exaggeration! Got home with the food and it was great!
We eat at this Arby's about once or twice a month and have been for 20 plus years. This type of great service is pretty much always the case here. As a matter of fact, this Arby's has the best, fastest service of any fast food restaurant in Greencastle... and this has always been the case! Excellent job!!!“
