“Addicted to their California Breakfast Crunch Wraps. I order ahead with their app, and pick up my food at the drive thru with a very friendly attendant. I was so disappointed, though, that the app failed on me and I wasn't able to place an order. Yes, I could have placed my order at the drive thru (like a caveman), but that's not how I roll. Anyways, the store is awesome for my weekend breakfast option!“
“Went thru the drive thru they were pleasant enough but I can say the price is just outrageous any more for what it is but when you got the craving for T Bell 🔔 it doesn't matter.
The taco meat is was cold on my soft tacos and it looked like a 3 year old put them together . There was some sort of cheese sauce on the bottom of the bag and some on the taco papers . The kicker is i did not order and nacho cheese. Order was put together poorly and just thrown in the bag. Have a little respect for the tacos . They did nothing to offend yall . 🤣 🤣“
“This is my new preferred taco bell even though its a little farther from me! Last experience was great - I did an online order to the store but did a second order to get my free reward but did it to the store down the street where I usually go on stones crossing so that was totally my fault - but she was understanding and still gave me my reward. I came back tonight and I realized it was her again and made sure to get her name (Jordan) Food was good, our order was perfect and Jordan is so friendly! I'll definitely travel the couple more miles to come to this store just because the customer service with Jordan involved! She is great!!!“
“Its a busy Saturday I get that, you have 5-6 employees and as I am waiting and observing (waited 45 mins for 3 drinks) hearing the manager talk bad about her customers was really upsetting and saying she’s going to lock the doors because they are busy obviously can’t manage the speed of HER customers. I think someone needs to learn how to manage that Taco Bell location because she was not fit for that position let alone how badly she spoke on her customers. The bigger picture here is without YOUR customers Taco Bell will not be running.. it was an awful experience and I hope Taco Bell makes some serious changes because this is not how a business should be ran. I literally seen 5 health code violations while I was observing… Taco Bell lost a big chunk of money after seeing 5 people walk out and leave and not pay..“
