When they gave me my food they didn't give me the sauces for the nuggets, they didn't give me the soft drinks and when I went to the counter to ask for what was missing they looked at me like this one is coming again... very bad
They didn't have the fish sandwich and when I asked to talk to a manager they said they didn't have one (!?)They also had bad attitudes and the place was filthy.I can't believe corporate hasn't taken control of this location . They have to be losing money big time with McDonald's , White Castle , and Taco Bell , and Arby's all at that same intersection , and those restaurants are all run properly.

Our order was wrong & it took forever for them to fix it. They ran out of kids toys. The floor and tables are sticky. Their lobby pop machine was out of half the options. The staff was goofing off - going as far as running around in the store. The person on drive was talking to a coworker in the dining room while asking people what they wanted over the head set.
