“I come in here often to play on my laptop and grab some good eats. Definitely one of the best Burger Kings southside. The people who work here are professional and the service is tops. Good environment to do schoolwork or business. Also a great place to bring your kids for a quick bite. Safe and quiet.“

The food is so fresh and I even change my mind sometimes and they are so polite about it! We go out of our way to go here because we refuse to go to the one by the mall on 31 where they treat you terrible and the food is cold. This is worth going a little out of the way! 👏🏻🏆“

“This is probably the best Burger King in the city. The food is hot good. The people working there need a raise. They were courteous fast and the food was hot. I went through the drive through 11-4-24 7:10 pm. Oh, and did I say they need a raise.

Because I had just left Burger King on Washington Street, and it was horrible. I pulled away and did not even get the food they were so slow.“

“I stopped by this Burger King on August 23 at 10 AM, and honestly, it was probably the best Whopper I’ve ever had. The burger was fresh, delicious, and put together very neatly. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back!“

“This is the location you need to go to. Food is hot and fresh so there will be a little wait. We're friendly with with the day and evening staff. Brought them doughnuts from Long's as a thank you.

“It's exactly what you'd expect from Burger King a little elevated in their pricing for most of their food but the service was okay and the food tasted all right it seems like they're rodeo burgers and their ices are a little more expensive here than at most stores The worst part of the pricing is that it is not displayed on their menu it's just implied after the fact“

“Don't order the pickle fries unless you want to eat a greasy soggy mess! Normally I don't have any complaints about this restaurant, but today I do. I ordered pickle fries and they don't look anything like they are advertised. It looks like somebody just shoved a whole bunch of very undercooked food into a box and stuck it in my bag and let me drive off with it like that. It looked too disgusting to eat. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. I heard someone saying just put it in the bag and I am pretty sure that's what they were talking about. I am so disappointed.“

“This is an awesome place to eat! I always get an impossible burger with just lettuce, Ketchup, and mayonnaise, and not is it yummy every time! The manager is also super sweet, I don’t think I have had a negative experience here :) I also love the Coke Freestyle Machine. Thank you!“

“The server was awesome! She was polite and helpful. I gave a four star rating because it was a ten minute wait for the coffee to finish brewing. I just felt like breakfast at 10 am would be a time when coffee would be ready. Maybe they were short staffed. I will return however.“

“Best BK in Indy. Some of the best fast food and service from any drive through restaurant in the last year! I work late nights they're open late, huge plus. Tonight and the previous 3 to 4 times I've stopped in the last 6 months the food has been fresh, delicious, and correct. The service is fast and always friendly. There were maybe 6 cars in front of me in drive thru and I was helped and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Consistency is everything in food service and industry and youre killing it in consistency. I'm sincerely impressed with this Burger King. Great job!“

“The manager here is awesome. I used the bk app for a pickup delivery for the first time and didn't pick the toppings correctly. She didn't hesitate to ask me what I wanted on my burger and directed the cook to make me a new fresh one. She was very kind, and even put on fresh onion rings for me since the burger was being remade. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and how well she runs her crew. ?“

“Came thru drive thru on Easter Sunday, I had ordered online, however when I got to the window I realized I forgot to order a drink! The gentleman working the drive thru named Martin was already greeting me with a smile, and when I explained that I needed to add to my order he made me feel like it happens all the time and it would be no problem at all to add that item! It was so refreshing because I do this quite often actually and usually I go across the street to a different restaurant where they not only get irritated but tell me I have to pull around and go back through the drive-thru!It’s already a holiday when most people don't want to work and they want to go home with their families and I just thought to myself "look at this young man here who is probably been working for several hours already today and he is just got a huge smile on his face was very warm, inviting, and respectful and I was just so blessed to have such a warm experience" we all take so much time out of our lives to complain when someone does something wrong, but if someone goes out of their way to be nice to you, it takes a few minutes to give that person a pat on the back and I definitely believe that Martin at Burger King on Keystone deserves that pat on the back! I called to ask his name from the manager of the store, and even she was an awesome person to speak to over the phone. I wish I would've gotten her name seems like the crew at Burger King. Sure does love their job, and it shows! Like I said, Burger King is not usually my go to, but just for the customer service alone it daggone sure will be In the future!I gave five stars, but that's only because I couldn't give six!!!“

“I have a problem with your app. When you're in the location or actually in the parking lot of the burger king that you are wanting to go into. It gives you a different location other than the one that you're at. I paid it on the app, not realizing that it was paying it at another location. I then went to talk to the manager. He called the other location, and then I was able to still get my my food. Which I was very pleased with?Yeah, it didn't recognize the location that I was at.“

“Custom sandwich incorrect...ordered a whopper with no pickle or lettuce...but it had 5 pickle slices and NO tomato. Tried to call to speak to manager, but no one picked up...went to voice-mail. I do think they've recently hired a new crew, which is great, but they should be able to read & know the difference between tomato & pickles. Here's hoping this crew gets it right soon.“

“Although I waited 15 minutes for a burger, the service itself was outstanding. Very polite and respectful employees. A white woman with dark hair in her late 20s-early 30s and a black woman in her early 20s with shoulder length curly hair served me and their attitudes made up for that wait. When I worked in fast food I know how easy it is to get stressed out and sometimes some tone can slip out, these women are holding it down!“

“Amazing staff there I came through on my bike and couldn't find my bank card I got a bacon cheeseburger off dollar menus and the sweet manager payed it for me and they are always pleasant at the window. It puts my faith back in fast food employees I'm greatful for the kindness and smiles..“

“I’ve always enjoyed Burger King, and the food at this location was good as always. However, my recent drive-thru experience was disappointing. The employee taking orders seemed noticeably rude. I understand that working in a fast-paced environment like that can be exhausting, and accidents happen, but what followed felt unprofessional.

When I handed over my card, the worker dropped it — which I understand could have been an accident — but it landed in a puddle on a rainy day. What bothered me wasn’t the drop itself, but the lack of any apology or acknowledgment. Instead, the window was closed immediately, and another employee eventually came to hand me my food.

The food was solid, but the customer service in this instance definitely fell short. I hope the staff receives the support and training they need to improve future interactions.“
