“Everytime I swing through the drive-thru the staff is kind, quick, and the food always comes out hot and fresh!! This location made me start eating Burger King again! Won’t go to any other. Big shoutout to the staff for making this place great!“
“Issue: Could not understand the person and no screen to read order. At the window she talked so fast that I couldn’t understand her. I responded with “ I ordered 2 items only”. I guess that she couldn’t understand me either because she took my money and gave me a receipt. It had three items on it. Two hamburgers and one chicken. The lady at the next window had to fix it. She was polite, so I gave them 5 stars.“
“This is probably the best Burger King in the city. The food is hot good. The people working there need a raise. They were courteous fast and the food was hot. I went through the drive through 11-4-24 7:10 pm. Oh, and did I say they need a raise.
Because I had just left Burger King on Washington Street, and it was horrible. I pulled away and did not even get the food they were so slow.“
“Just amazing! I don't know who runs this Burger King, but, hands down, the best I have ever gotten! Very friendly staff, the food is always on point. Whoever puts the burgers together obviously takes great pride in their work.
I even suggested this place to a coworker and he was amazed at the quality.

“I recently placed an order online at Burger King, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that the shake machines had been shut down for the night at 10pm. Initially, I was disappointed since I had ordered two shakes, but the employee who handed me my order went above and beyond to ensure that I didn’t leave dissatisfied. She immediately offered to write down my name so I could come back at another time to receive the shakes I had paid for. I paused for a moment and asked if, instead, I could get a different item to replace the shakes. Without hesitation, she kindly requested approval from her manager and promptly returned with a solution.
What stood out to me the most was her genuine commitment to making sure I left happy. She didn’t just brush off my request or make me feel like an inconvenience. She actively sought to resolve the issue, and she did so with a great attitude and a smile. Once everything was sorted, she double-checked with me to ensure I was fully satisfied with the replacement items, which were of equal value to the shakes I had originally ordered.
I truly appreciate her professionalism and the care she took to make sure I wasn't upset or disappointed by the situation. Her customer service was top-notch, and she turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. It’s employees like her that remind me why I enjoy visiting this location at 2953 Lafayette Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222. Thank you to her and the team for going the extra mile and for delivering such excellent service!“

I’m a vegetarian and I always get the impossible burger with all the fixings
They always get my food perffff bb. I’m never concerned about anything.
I never catch the girls name at the window but she works part time on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays she always cracks me up and she is very sweet
I also love the strawberry blonde

I always order a piece of cheese for my dog and they always even make my dog feel happy and you know if a dog likes people they’re good people

Vegetarian options: Although I wish on the app, you could substitute impossible patties for any burger you can’t. No at the window it is a different story. You can substitute an impossible burger for any sandwich on the menu.

The nice young man as team lead or manager was so HELPFUL,ATTENTION READY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY RESPECTFUL. went right back there to help make my order right, no snuff, no attitude, no smart remark! “Don't order the pickle fries unless you want to eat a greasy soggy mess! Normally I don't have any complaints about this restaurant, but today I do. I ordered pickle fries and they don't look anything like they are advertised. It looks like somebody just shoved a whole bunch of very undercooked food into a box and stuck it in my bag and let me drive off with it like that. It looked too disgusting to eat. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. I heard someone saying just put it in the bag and I am pretty sure that's what they were talking about. I am so disappointed.“
“The server was awesome! She was polite and helpful. I gave a four star rating because it was a ten minute wait for the coffee to finish brewing. I just felt like breakfast at 10 am would be a time when coffee would be ready. Maybe they were short staffed. I will return however.“
“Best BK in Indy. Some of the best fast food and service from any drive through restaurant in the last year! I work late nights they're open late, huge plus. Tonight and the previous 3 to 4 times I've stopped in the last 6 months the food has been fresh, delicious, and correct. The service is fast and always friendly. There were maybe 6 cars in front of me in drive thru and I was helped and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Consistency is everything in food service and industry and youre killing it in consistency. I'm sincerely impressed with this Burger King. Great job!“
“Food was on par. Concerned about cleanliness of environment. Napkin holder and ketchup dispenser look like they haven't been cleaned in forever--not to mention the walls in the dining room. Love the fact that they brew their tea. Service is very good, polite, and cordial.“

“Came thru drive thru on Easter Sunday, I had ordered online, however when I got to the window I realized I forgot to order a drink! The gentleman working the drive thru named Martin was already greeting me with a smile, and when I explained that I needed to add to my order he made me feel like it happens all the time and it would be no problem at all to add that item! It was so refreshing because I do this quite often actually and usually I go across the street to a different restaurant where they not only get irritated but tell me I have to pull around and go back through the drive-thru!It’s already a holiday when most people don't want to work and they want to go home with their families and I just thought to myself "look at this young man here who is probably been working for several hours already today and he is just got a huge smile on his face was very warm, inviting, and respectful and I was just so blessed to have such a warm experience" we all take so much time out of our lives to complain when someone does something wrong, but if someone goes out of their way to be nice to you, it takes a few minutes to give that person a pat on the back and I definitely believe that Martin at Burger King on Keystone deserves that pat on the back! I called to ask his name from the manager of the store, and even she was an awesome person to speak to over the phone. I wish I would've gotten her name seems like the crew at Burger King. Sure does love their job, and it shows! Like I said, Burger King is not usually my go to, but just for the customer service alone it daggone sure will be In the future!I gave five stars, but that's only because I couldn't give six!!!“
“The manager here is awesome. I used the bk app for a pickup delivery for the first time and didn't pick the toppings correctly. She didn't hesitate to ask me what I wanted on my burger and directed the cook to make me a new fresh one. She was very kind, and even put on fresh onion rings for me since the burger was being remade. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and how well she runs her crew. ?“

“Custom sandwich incorrect...ordered a whopper with no pickle or lettuce...but it had 5 pickle slices and NO tomato. Tried to call to speak to manager, but no one picked up...went to voice-mail. I do think they've recently hired a new crew, which is great, but they should be able to read & know the difference between tomato & pickles. Here's hoping this crew gets it right soon.“

“Amazing staff there I came through on my bike and couldn't find my bank card I got a bacon cheeseburger off dollar menus and the sweet manager payed it for me and they are always pleasant at the window. It puts my faith back in fast food employees I'm greatful for the kindness and smiles..“
“I was at the drive up. I really go to fast food it takes me forever to figure out what I want on the menu it only had $7 and some change. It was breakfast time that's why I went I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, a sausage egg and cheese croissant I kept asking a kid to drive up if I had 7 bucks and some change could I get the hash browns. I finally ended up with the three things I wanted I also got sauce. The kid is a driver was just so kind and friendly he wasn't impatient with me at all and I know they're to hustle people through the drive up driving time counts big time. He didn't charge me to give me the southwestern sauce probably knowing I didn't have much money I believe they're supposed to charge. I asked him where he was from he said such a beautiful hillbilly accent he said he was from here, Indianapolis all of his family were from Tennessee. Me and the 2 large dogs in the truck shared the entire breakfast right down to the southwest sauce. Everyone was happy it really made my day to be treated kindly and with courtesy from the drive-up guy, instead of some gangster telling me to eat the shit he gave me anyway whether the order was right or not.

Good environment to do schoolwork or business. Also a great place to bring your kids for a quick bite. Safe and quiet.“
