“The Great, the good and the meh.
The Great: We were there for the Richard Elliot show and it was nothing short of amazing. The acoustics were AMAZING!
The Good: fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff.
The Meh: The drinks were good although the whiskey selection was pretty basic.
The whole night was fantastic. Zero complaints!“

A special shout-out to the little Asian guy who works there – he's the funniest and most awesome person I’ve ever met. Honestly, it's the best food in Indianapolis. “This place is the bomb and fresh they will cook it fresh for you. I let my son try my wingettes hes now turned on. It's the best and well seasoned chicken I have ever had from any gas station. And believe me I have had my share of gas stations chickens.“

We prepare our entrées the traditional way true to creole/cajun culture the way it is prepared in New Orleans. You are welcome to order a pan of Gumbo made with your specifications$$$. Chef Borel’s Kitchen is a creole and cajun style ghost kitchen that fusses the delicious taste of New Orleans with the flavor of French, West African, Caribbean and Native American cuisine we stay true to our culture and the way our entrées are prepared. We do apologize that you did not see our signage is clearly posted in our parking lot and on our door and our walk up window as well. Chef Borels Kitchen is a ghost kitchen, virtual Kitchen, cloud Kitchen. “With that being said, we are a professional food preparation and cooking facility.” We are set up for the preparation of delivery only meals through menufy, DoorDash, Uber eats, and Grubhub only. Chef Borel’s Kitchen is not a store front therefore we do not have traditional signage that a Restaurant would have and there is no indoor dining. Our corporate clients have lunch delivered to their office or to the remote employees Who are working from home and clients with their corporate meal accounts. “This is our office's go-to spot for chicken livers! They make them fresh to order, which means there can be a little wait, but it is absolutely worth it. The chicken livers are always very good, and the gentleman working the counter is consistently friendly and welcoming.

For a newer gas station, I would love to see a little more attention given to the exterior appearance. The landscaping could use some freshening up, and the concrete would benefit from a good power washing. That said, it is still early in the season, so hopefully those items are on the to-do list.

Overall, this is a great neighborhood spot, and I would love to see it continue to thrive and remain a local gem. We'll definitely be back for the chicken livers!“

“Great service and tasty food. Food came out super fast and was fresh and delicious.“

“The food was so good I completely forgot to take a picture prior to eating. Seafood boil and wings were all so juicy and flavorful. My favorite is the sausage because it had such a bursting of flavor when you bite into it.

The workers were extremely nice. They helped me out and gave me some recommendations. Service was very fast too!

I would recommend everyone to try their avocado smoothie!“
