“First of all, if your music lover, this is an amazing venue. They're literally isn't a bad seat in the house. Generally when I get into a music venue, expect the food to be just OK but here it's absolutely delicious. We went to see Rock E. Bassoon and it was amazing. We didn't realize that they were in effect and opening act but the guy they opened with was really great. Definitely worth checking this place out.“
“This is my Favorite Lunch Destination!!! The food is wonderful and the staff is always friendly and nice. Try the "Half and Half." That way you can get 2 different entrees. I always pay 75¢ for extra bread. The total comes to $11.50 for a good amount of food. I come here to eat at least once a week.... probably 6-7 times a month!!My favorites are:Chili Cheese Etouffee with CrawfishDrunken ChickenChicken Maque ChouxWhite Chicken ChiliVegetarian options: Vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Dairy and Gluten free options“
“Yes Chef Borel food was so so wonderful. I love the way she interact with the customers when she brings your food to the car. She has a great personality and the food is great I believe everyone should go and support her, especially as a black owed company.“
“I’ve been coming to Yats for years now, but this is by far the best location. The employees are super cool, vibes are on point, and they are always jamming out to the best playlist! I really feel like I can totally be myself when I come in here and vibe with the boys. I highly recommend the jambalaya, the hot sauce level is legit and the peanut butter pie is absolutely EPIC. 10/10 5 star review!“
“Lived in the Indianapolis area for 17years, before moving back to St. Louis. My fiancée is an IU graduate and loves Yats as well. She was driving back to St. Louis from Connecticut and had to stop by to get take out from yall!!! I ate it the next day for lunch and it was AMAZING!! Thank you!!“
“Finally got to try this restaurant after hearing so much about it and it did not miss! The food was good and got the service was great and even tho it was kind of packed, we were still served in a timely manner. I’d definitely recommend anyone going. This just became my new favorite seafood place here in Indy.“
“This establishment is excellent for seafood broil. The customer service is outstanding. I particularly enjoy the succulent juicy version seasoning with plenty of garlic. The whole broiled egg and potatoes sides are delightful. The snow crab legs are of high quality compared to others restaurants in area, and the dining room exudes a wonderful nautical lambiance.“
“I went here with my husband and our friend. I think it's safe to say, our friend embraced the juice. This is a fun place to go - a decent variety of seafood for individual boils. Side were good - they have broccoli and cauliflower smothered in butter sauce. The hush puppies were delicious. Worth the experience!“
“A favorite! Edwin (owner) has built a classic New Orleans menú, and each dish is spot on. The greens are a tad on the vinegary side, but everything this fresh, flavorful, and presented well. Service is outstanding and very accommodating. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Bayou with a California twist. Highly recommend for brunch or dinner. The catfish is a must try, as is the black eye pea soup! Delicious dining!“
“Love. Just love. The Chili Etouffee is unlike any other flavor of food you've ever experienced. I'm not Cajun but it's hard to believe this is possibly not the most cajun Cajun you've had. Highly recommend getting a qt and eating it like a sandwich on the bread BUTTER SIDE OUT the seasoned bread is so good. Just LOVE.“
