Has by far the most miserable waitress I have ever seen
BBQ chicken sandwich was burnt. Had to remove all the breading & sauce. Brioche bun was burnt. Manager didn’t think that was a problem. Server very good & apologetic.
Server was the single most miserable person I have ever met. If you hate your job you should find somewhere else to work. I see why she works at the airport. No respectable restaurant would ever keep that attitude around. We walked in and we stood at the entry for 10 minutes with no communication from Ms Miserable. She just looked at us and rolled her eyes and shook her head. Then told us she wouldn’t serve us if we were rude. Lol I bet this happens a lot with this hag!
Champps offers a vibrant atmosphere with great food and efficient service. Sitting at the bar seems to be the best option for quick service. The Cobb salad is fresh and generous, while the cold beers keep coming. The staff is doing their best, despite being understaffed. The breakfast burrito is tasty, although the protein options might have changed. Overall, Champps is a convenient spot with friendly service, perfect for a quick meal before a flight.
