Courses Restaurant, located in the Ivy Tech campus, offers a pleasant dining experience. The venue is nice, and the food is great. The menu features dishes such as shrimp and grits, which are amazing, flavorful, and light. The Trumpet Mushroom Scallops, while not entirely as expected, are still delicious. The dessert, an opera cake, is a highlight. For $20, guests can enjoy a three-course meal, with the option to add beer, wine, or a cocktail for a little extra. The student waitstaff is enthusiastic and willing to cater to every need. The French cuisine is beautifully prepared, with dishes like Coq au Vin, salmon Rillette, and poached fish with Beurre Blanc. The ambiance offers elegant quietness, and the Creme Brulee and pumpkin cheesecake are wonderful. While service can sometimes be slow due to training, the overall experience is very nice, and many guests plan to return. The dining room offers beautiful views of the city.
