Domino's Pizza in Indianapolis

“Had a gc to use so we decided to give them another try. They're getting 5 ⭐ because they messed our order up but was polite and immediately made it right and redelivered the food they forgot/messed up. My husband ordered the meatzza pizza and received a cheese pizza, my son ordered buffalo boneless wings and they were forgotten at the store. They let us keep the cheese pizza which looks mouth watering actually, and when I called to let them know about the mistake it was no questions asked, no doubt. Just complete understanding and politeness. That is how customer service should be. Thanks for making the experience better this time around. Sam delivered the food, very cool guy. William made the food, not sure who answered the phone but he was very pleasant to speak with about the order. Also, these are the names I got from the app so I really hope they are correct. 🍕“

“Just came to say this Dominos does not disappoint! I frequently order from here and my food is always fresh and hot, and customer service on the phone and in person is always A1. Today I made an order at 1:18pm and it said it would arrive between 2:56-3:20pm which by then I would be gone for work and wouldn’t even be home to get it. I called them and they assured me despite being so busy and only having 1 delivery driver that my pizza would be here in the next 20 mins. And that’s just what they made happen! My pizza arrived less than 20 mins later and was fresh and hot and the delivery driver was a super sweet guy! Sooo anyways .. thanks dominos 🫶🏼“

“They never fail to make the best pizza even ten minutes before closing. ( that’s when I order) and they never get mad either!! I have NEVER had a bad pizza from there!! Thank you dominos for being the #1 pizza in my world!

“Amanda was amazing! I came in after a long work shift, hungry. She was the only one making pizza on a busy Saturday night...she was balancing phone calls, walk-ins, and online orders...I like my pizza well done, so i was watching her work for a while... I was super impressed by the fact that she thoroughly washed her hands after every time she touched the phone or computer before she made pizzas. 10/10“

“All right I'm using voice to text to do this review so I hope it turns out okay anyway this Domino's is tight it is like amazing and like you know I worked I was like a delivery driver for like 15 20 years and like I worked in some really good restaurants and some really bad ones and this one is like amazing okay so like I'll get on my phone like order a pizza it'll say like 13 minutes I'm like no man it's Friday night ain't going to be no 13 minutes I get my car I drive up there I walk in like 15 minutes after I order it ready every every freaking time like I don't care how busy every time check this out when I walk in the door as I'm walking in the door to the register to be like I'm just blown away by it I just like I am not used to seeing that kind of thing and like I just wanted to give a shout out because like these dudes are badass give everybody a freaking raise or something love it and oh yeah, thanks to Mark for always seeing me walk in the door and having my pizza there before I even get to the counter. “This is an attempt to update my review!! Ling time customer of this specific location. Tonight I had an exceptional experience! Aaron is TOP NOTCH and definitely deserves recognition. He Always greets me as soon as I walk in, the food is always hot and perfectly prepared, tonight however, he remembered me by name! Was able to have my order ready for me as I approached the counter!! I cannot say enought about how satisfied I am with his commitment to his job!! Keep it up!“

“I had such a smooth and easy experience ordering from this location during my latest stop. The pizza arrived surprisingly fast and was still steaming hot when I opened the box, with plenty of gooey cheese and fresh-tasting toppings spread all the way to the edges. I also really liked being able to follow the progress of my order on the app, which helped me know exactly when to expect it at my door. The delivery driver was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed before heading off. It was a perfect, hassle-free meal that really hit the spot after a long day of traveling.“

Jay prepped and cooked my pizza as the other worker professionally got my pizza in a box into me in seconds as it came out of the oven. Workers were absolutely professional extremely friendly and courteous. The food was absolutely delicious The brand new crew Domino's on Rockville road Just got in are outstanding workers ... And I got to see I'll dedicated the manager Cici is. Before any order goes out to in customer she methodically make sure every order is accurate, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.. and she isn't satisfied until the customer satisfied My order number was #228... “Dominos has improved so much over the last year or two. Currently, they are my favorite delivery pizza. Our store is low on drivers and my last pizza, following the app’s tracker, was out of the oven at 8:16 pm and got to my house almost an hour later.“

“I ordered through the app and got the Buffalo wings and the Alfredo pasta.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well they coated the wings with buffalo sauce. I really appreciated that because, at other locations, I usually have to order extra sauce. I actually ordered extra this time because I wasn’t sure, but I ended up not needing it.

Pickup was fast, and both employees a Black man and a Hispanic man were very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was great. I’ll definitely order from this location again.“

“I stopped in tonight to pick up supper went inside, purchased. Everything went outside to wait on it to be cooked. And the weirdest thing happened after it was done. There was a gentleman I believe he must have been the store manager. Someone told me his name was Wesley brought my food out to me. I did not expect it. “I don't get delivery, I just go pick it up bc it's cheaper and much faster. This place always gets my order done within minutes. Today they brought it out to my truck before I could even get parked. Been going there 6 years and they are one of the fastest places to pick up food“
