“They never fail to make the best pizza even ten minutes before closing. ( that’s when I order) and they never get mad either!! I have NEVER had a bad pizza from there!! Thank you dominos for being the #1 pizza in my world!

“Just came to say this Dominos does not disappoint! I frequently order from here and my food is always fresh and hot, and customer service on the phone and in person is always A1. Today I made an order at 1:18pm and it said it would arrive between 2:56-3:20pm which by then I would be gone for work and wouldn’t even be home to get it. I called them and they assured me despite being so busy and only having 1 delivery driver that my pizza would be here in the next 20 mins. And that’s just what they made happen! My pizza arrived less than 20 mins later and was fresh and hot and the delivery driver was a super sweet guy! Sooo anyways .. thanks dominos 🫶🏼“
“Amanda was amazing! I came in after a long work shift, hungry. She was the only one making pizza on a busy Saturday night...she was balancing phone calls, walk-ins, and online orders...I like my pizza well done, so i was watching her work for a while... I was super impressed by the fact that she thoroughly washed her hands after every time she touched the phone or computer before she made pizzas. 10/10“
“All right I'm using voice to text to do this review so I hope it turns out okay anyway this Domino's is tight it is like amazing and like you know I worked I was like a delivery driver for like 15 20 years and like I worked in some really good restaurants and some really bad ones and this one is like amazing okay so like I'll get on my phone like order a pizza it'll say like 13 minutes I'm like no man it's Friday night ain't going to be no 13 minutes I get my car I drive up there I walk in like 15 minutes after I order it ready every every freaking time like I don't care how busy every time check this out when I walk in the door as I'm walking in the door to the register to be like I'm just blown away by it I just like I am not used to seeing that kind of thing and like I just wanted to give a shout out because like these dudes are badass give everybody a freaking raise or something love it and oh yeah, thanks to Mark for always seeing me walk in the door and having my pizza there before I even get to the counter. “I’ve gotten the same pizza twice from this location and I cannot express how nice it is to get home to see the pizza made perfectly and look beautiful. You can tell they put effort into my order and it is appreciated. Will continue to use this location exclusively!“
“I had such a smooth and easy experience ordering from this location during my latest stop. The pizza arrived surprisingly fast and was still steaming hot when I opened the box, with plenty of gooey cheese and fresh-tasting toppings spread all the way to the edges. I also really liked being able to follow the progress of my order on the app, which helped me know exactly when to expect it at my door. The delivery driver was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed before heading off. It was a perfect, hassle-free meal that really hit the spot after a long day of traveling.“

“Dominos has improved so much over the last year or two. Currently, they are my favorite delivery pizza. Our store is low on drivers and my last pizza, following the app’s tracker, was out of the oven at 8:16 pm and got to my house almost an hour later.“

“The Domino's on Michigan Rd used to be better than this one. But now 38th St Domino's is better than Michigan Rd. This is a pan made pizza. If you like cheesy, the pan made is better. I'm not a fan of the hand tossed cuz it's more dry. But this was delicious 😋“

“I don't get delivery, I just go pick it up bc it's cheaper and much faster. This place always gets my order done within minutes. Today they brought it out to my truck before I could even get parked. Been going there 6 years and they are one of the fastest places to pick up food“
“Last week I ordered 4 salads and got none. I haven't been compensated but the new manager, Raspreet, sent me a couple of salads and a couple of medium thin crust pizzas to make up for it. Tonight, Friday, 11-8-24, I ordered a large order. $135 pizza party for the kiddies and once again, they didn't bring the salads! This time, they also didn't deliver 2 orders of plain wings. They owe me money back or bring me the rest of the food! It isn't a party if someone who can't eat the pizza doesn't get the protein and veggies! I asked the driver to go get it and bring it back later when he's done and going back to the store and he told me to use the app or call the store to complain. I mean okay, I tried that last time too.. no one answers the phone. It rings for two hours. Happy Friday West side!!!“

The beautiful manager in charge had went to check her out and MISS MEKAS CARD DECLINED.. in which Miss Meka being the great citizen she is snatched the food and refused to pay for the rest…
i’m not sure if she’s mad that she got the police called, (why would you call the police first if you did nothing wrong), or if she didn’t have enough funds to pay for her order.. i heard the phone ring MULTIPLE times from her offspring right after this incident occurred.also it was an AIRpod not an Ipod.
Miss Meka should work on her spelling and common decency other than worrying about a child working at a pizza shop.
Anyways, some people just don’t have common sense, or money nowadays apparently. But my PAID for pizza was fantastic! (also made by the same WASHED hands, which she also doesn’t realize the HEALTH DEPARTMENT DOES NOT REQUIRE PIZZA MAKERS TO WEAR GLOVES AS THEY HOLD MORE BACTERIA) Love this Dominos and will continue to support and recommend them!
