Donatos has very nice customer service. I met this nice young lady who was very friendly. The food was great and she even held the door opened! Veey friendly if I do say so myself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!?
The Donatos at 5808 Sunnyside rd is the closest to us, so we order from there. Its our go to store but after today I will drive out of my way to another donatos for quality service/food. The last two times we've ordered here, we've had issues. Our order was forgotten, then took an hour and half to deliver. This past time it took an hour to deliver. Ordered my pizza online at donatos.com, but Doordash delivered it. I didn't order via Doordash, why was it delivered via Doordash?...read full review
Our order arrived 45 minutes after the estimated delivery time of 65 minutes. Called when it was 15 minutes late and was told “it should be on its way”. Called back 30 minutes later asked to speak with manager and was told it just left the store 12 minutes ago. Manager gave excuses that it’s busy, deliver times are an hour behind, the app doesn’t cinque with the store. All excuses and the driver dropped the boxes on the table we have set out with no apology of any kind....read full review
