An exceptional dining experience. It was an 8 course meal but progressed at a nice, perfect pace. Never rushed to finish one course and once finished with the last course the next course was soon at our table. Every course was wonderful and the sake and wine parings suggested to us were great. . If asked “which course was our favorite “ we would answer “yes, all of them”. Very much looking forward to our next experience at Hinata.
Amazing omakase! The service, atmosphere, and the artistry of the food make this a true dining destination gem in the heart of Indianapolis. Nobu and Chef Akinori create a dining experience to remember. Your only real decision is which sake or wine to enjoy with the different courses. (You can't go wrong with the Cowboy Yamahai!)

A great tasting of authentic Japanese cuisine! Definitely plan to spend a good amount of time here, you would not want to rush the experience. Very good sake and wine selection as well.
