“Stopped by Chicago Beef And Dog Company last weekend while strolling through Irvington. I got the Italian beef loaded with peppers and my partner tried their classic dog. Both were fantastic — juicy, well-seasoned, and honestly better than anything else we’ve found around Indy. The folks at the counter were super friendly too, made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back to try their burgers next.“

“I’m huge fan of five guys. I try to never write negative reviews. This is not a condemnation of five guys in general. I’ve never had a bad meal in store. I just spent 31.00 on a DoorDash order. Huge mistake. I’ll never make again. The fries were over cooked and soggy. Not even hyperbole when I say my dog didn’t even want them. The burger bowl was cold. Clearly remade and not edible. The order got to me faster than most In store orders I’ve made. Seriously. I’ll eat at five guys but ONLy in store. Worst DoorDash order. Ever. Have to say though the food quality lies completely at your place. Do better.“

“A very interesting place to go and see how they make your meal. Everything is made fresh and cooked to order. It takes about 10 minutes for your order to be done. Then they call out your number. The little hamburgers are a nice treat. The fresh cut fries from the potatoes of the day are wonderful.“

“You always know exactly what you’re getting when you come here — and that’s what makes it one of my go-to spots! The food is consistently great no matter which location you visit, and this one is no exception. The cheesy fries are hands-down my favorite, perfectly crispy and loaded with flavor, and the shakes are always a treat.

What really stood out to me this time was the service — it was phenomenal! The staff here is friendly, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. This location is also very clean and well-kept, which makes the dining experience even better.

“Have been to this location a few times the past few years. The last time was a few months ago. It was a good experience not great. Today was out of the park exceptionally good. Product quality and staff were great. The entire group was cheerful and focused on their duties. Helpful and friendly to guests and to other team members. Their spirit showed in the final product. I have a feeling there has been a management change. Great Job“
