Just an update... Kroger now says they refunded my mothers money but to someone else's acct. 2 months later... we're stiiiiiiiil waiting! Beware if you're a kroger shopper & double check your receipts with your account withdraw!
It's conveniently located which is a plus. My only issue with this Kroger are the people who bag the groceries. They can't bag groceries to save their life. bagging groceries should definitely be part of the training. I usually just go to self check out to avoid this.

They've updated the store by adding more self checkout machines and had only 2 employees working the registers. They have more employees walking around not really doing work. They hang out in groups chatting instead of up keeping the store. Most fruits and vegetables have gone rotten. I got a bag of potatoes that was mushy and strawberries that was moldy. The floors were clean and shelves wasn't messy. Some foods are moved out of place that don't match up with the SKU tags. The...read full review
