Very greasy soaked food, as your body into a pieces fish you can tell how greasy it is just by the texture other locations seem to do a better job. LJS is a restaurant I loved even as a child.In the 70's, my dad would take us there. Never a line--we always pulled up in the front to see our fish fillets ( much larger than you get today!) in the glass warmer with heaps of crispies in Louisville. So, even today, my tongue has a special affection for the fish. Yes, it has changed over the years. I can tell you every change. Young lady working the drive thru was very courteous and had great manners! Food was absolutely terrible! It seemed as if everything for my order was fried all at once, in the same basket using old oil in a fryer that wasn't up to temperature.
